Well, all of these kiddies know what they're doing and, unless you specify otherwise in a CS, they wouldn't compromise a mission over petty "leadership for a day" position.

I like this for the sheer simplicity of it
That's the interesting part: depends on the mission. The specialist whose... specialty dictates the mission takes point on strategy (i.e. stealth mission: Scout/Sniper; stopping missile launch: techie/comms). If there's no clear-cut strategy leader, Comms takes point.

Alright, the plot I have made concrete so far is that each of us stand out in a specific aspect, so we've been chosen by the government to take out a threat of domination (still am working on the worldbuilding and deciding whether to host this on Earth, space colony, etc). Reguardless of the threat, our government needs us to push them back. The best idea they have is to insert us deep into enemy territory and thin the enemy's hold on our taken land while not being captured or killed. No pressure.
BTW, @Gin, think we should do another co-post, maybe this time with @Rogue Colm if s/he want to?

@racial ghoul I understand about life being a bitch. That's why I've had long periods of away time this past week or so. Hopefully it clears up soon, though.

@Izaka Sazaka Fair point. We probably shouldn't get bogged down in "My name is _____ and I'm here cause ______." We can just assume we at least joined the clan (except for anyone who chooses to have not done so) and we can get to know each other in good ol' fashioned context. I'm kinda easily swayed by reasoning, if you can't tell.
