Just took a look at your post @Mardox, and if you're wanting to use your whole navy for that move then you still have five ships you can fill if you want even more troops, as by my maths you've only filled 55 Ships

Yep, BrigtOps pretty much hit the nail on the head. The only thing is that the Magi and War-Magi who are doing the conjuring have to be in the same province as those that they have raised from the dead. So if you send all the undead into a province, your Magi/War-Magi have to go with them.
Update is up! For those people getting attacked by NPC (@BlackRose@Eklispe) You will get PM's in the next couple of days regarding your defenses.
