I'm sorry to hear about your group disbanding. I hope that you're able to find a new circle while on here. The users here tend to be pretty welcoming and I've noticed a few interesting games getting lifted off the ground as of late. Welcome to the site.

I joined for pretty much the same reason. The site my group was using changed forum layouts and the new one was horrible, so we all migrated here. RPGuild generally has lots of science fiction and fantasy RPs. Particularly if you have any interest in the Warhammer settings or the Elder Scrolls setting. Good luck.
Thanks for the welcome. I'm sad to hear you went through something similar. It's not fun when a long time group has to disband. Mine became fairly cliquish, it was too frustrating to try and sort everyone out, but oh well. Unfortunately, I don't often partake in fandom based roleplays because I am not generally a follower of such things. I prefer originals, but I think I'll be able to find plenty of those here too. I'll definitely check out the discord!

While I'm new here, I'm not new to the post-to-play roleplaying world. I'm looking for a place to get all my roleplay cravings because my old group has disbanded. I just graduated with a degree in creative writing and English and I would love to flex some creativity; sometimes it is nice not to write the whole story.
As far as roleplaying goes, I've been doing so for over 15 years. I prefer advanced roleplays involving science-fiction, fantasy, horror, and drama. I also love developing characters.
I look forward to exploring the options!
