Ryougu — Roleplayer Guild

So, due to the sheer amount of CS and my own obsesion over stats and gear it took a while longer than expected, but here it is. My CS proposal.

Bio:
Itachi was born into a small family in a small mountain village. As a kid he grew up with news of sumeragi's research, but excluded as he was in the small mountain village, the news never interested him much. from age 14 his parents trained him in kusarigamajutsu, which was considered an art as well as a means of defense in his village. Around this time he also stated paying more attention to the news, quickly realizing how much power Sumeragi had obtained while he was enjoying his youth.

Eventually at age 17 Itachi left the village to roam the world in search of his own happiness. During his travels he encountered some sumeragi agents and was forced to experience their influence firsthand. A week passed before he would be seen again, but he continued roaming as if nothing had happened.

Surrounds the user in a ball off rapidly rotating air that will knock most anything away. It performs similar to the original flashfield, except it's not compatible with tags.
[Beam - Air Cutter (50)]
A "beam" of air blades in a straight- or curved line. Like actual air, it doesn't care much about what you wear. This hurts more though.
[Sphere - Storm Bomb (10)]
It's a grenade, but instead of 'Boom', it goes 'Fwoosh'. Will give you a good knock regardless of sound effect.
[Self-adjust - Divine mountain winds (75)]
A passive ability that protects its user from harm at the cost of his EP. Doesn't work when Tornado Aura is active or when the user is out of EP. (It's prevasion.)
