At times, her inner self tries to break out when she realizes that she's hurt someone around her. That inner voice is quickly quieted with a look from her agents. Only those close to her can recognize the inner struggle that she deals with on a daily basis.

║ Autobiography ║

Cammie was born in New Forest, England to a poor farmer and his wife. Her mother didn't survive the childbirth, leaving Cammie's father to rear her on his own. He did the best he could given the circumstances.

As she grew, Cammie would constantly be on the farm when she wasn't in school. Her father never remarried and never had any other children. It was just the two of them on the farm- if you didn't count the ten sheep,
eight pigs, seven chickens, four cows and two horses. Mr. Thatcher would always wish for more for his daughter,
especially when he constantly caught her singing to the animals as she worked. He always called her his little princess and they were each other's world. He had surprised her with an acoustic guitar when she was ten years old and was beyond amazed when she taught herself how to play.

The shy, quiet girl never considered doing anything besides growing old on the farm. Then, for her sixteenth birthday, her father spent what little they had on a train ticket and a cell phone. He had heard of auditions for an opening act for Bernard Zephyrs. Cammie didn't want to leave him alone, yet he persisted that she needed to follow her passion.

And so, with a single suitcase full of clothes and her guitar, Camilla set off for the auditions. She had never performed in front of somebody who wasn't on four legs. During the audition, she stammered her way through her nerves as she performed an original song. She was quickly dismissed and was on her way back to the train station when she got a call asking for her to return. To her surprise, she learned that the band had selected her personally. And so her musical life began as the opening number for BZ's.

She thought she had it made. Going from a small, quiet farming life to touring on the rod with a popular boy band. Cammie had it all wrong. While she had been chosen for her vocals, the label decided that her look didn't make the cut. Wasn't long before Tarika was born- her brown hair dyed bright red, makeup adorning a once plain face, a strict diet and exercise regimen to maintain a sleek, sexy figure. She had everything, and yet it was all fake. The label taught her how to walk, how to talk, how to act...Cammie died the day she joined the music world.

It didn't take long for her opening number to become a multi-platinum solo gig. As more gigs started to line up,
she became even more isolated. The friendships she had created with BZ's was soon demolished as her fame grew. The budding, secret relationship with one of the members was quickly ended without a second thought.
Her agents wanted her to be desired- couldn't do that while attached.

Fast forward several years and she was maintaining her pop stardom. Cammie was living a luxurious life of fame and fortune. She had lost contact with her father as her agents didn't want anyone finding out about her past.
Then suddenly, with a single phone call, her past blindsided her.

Her father had fallen ill without her knowledge. She quickly found out that her agents and the label knew of her father's illness, but they thought it would deter her from what was really important. A single phone call was all she had that let her know that her father had passed away. The farm was gone. Her old life completely obliterated.

It was then that she finally had had enough. Her father's pleads for her to have the life she was meant for constantly played in her mind. Didn't take long for Cammie to fire every single person working for her. Gone were the agents, the managers, the stylists...Everyone who dictated and changed her into the diva she was.
The only thing she couldn't tear herself away from was the label. Not without breaking her contract and getting herself into heavy legal issues. But, it was enough for her to begin getting rid of Tarika and finding herself again.

That's when she found out about Mitch's new journey. And how she ended up on his doorstep with her original beaten down suitcase full of clothes, and her acoustic. It was time to bring Cammie back to life.
