*Mask was accepted. With the mask on, he generally covers one of his sky blue eyes with his silver/blue hair. He does not prefer to take the mask off and you will likely see him with it on at all times.. He looks downright scary to most people. That mask isn't the most welcoming thing on the planet.

*He holds a peculiar type of shape-shifting. Rather than actually changing his outward appearance to look like whatever he is attempting to change into, this power allows him to get its certain characteristics. An example is if he were to turn into a knife, his arm would become that of a sharp blade, able to cut through many things. Changing into fire would mean that he would be able to burn things that he were to touch. He doesn’t have a good experience with this power so he usually doesn’t use it.
*He doesn’t have empathy powers, however, he is naturally skilled at telling how someone feels at the time. A fake smile is something he is accustomed to.
*He is very strong. Mentally and physically. Physical strength is more because of his practice with martial arts.

He’d gladly risk his life for someone. Ino, while wearing a mask, appears emotionless and unwavered by things around him. However, that’s not true at all and if you stick around him, you’ll soon find out. He is sweet and kind to everyone around him. It doesn’t matter how mean you are to him, he’ll return that to you with kindness. If someone is thought of as a “bad” person or whatnot, he’ll be the first to reach out a hand to them and try to become their friend.
Ino’s self confidence is practically at a 0. He doesn’t believe that he is worthy of calling himself an equal to anyone around him due to the fact that it could be an insult towards the other person. Even with this, he doesn’t do things like cry and say “I can’t do it.” All of the times. He’ll try his utmost best and lower his head shamefully if he fails. Ino doesn’t like to spread his negativity to others with words such as “just give up” and the like. If someone is doing their best, he’ll cheer for them from the sidelines. Confident people usually get even more praise from Ino.
He doesn’t look like a sad person. His mask usually covers any emotions that show on his face. Pain is something that he has grown accustomed to. He knows that people betray others and he knows that no one will actually ever love him. At least that’s what he believes and he’s fine with that. As long as he can perhaps place a smile on someone’s face, he doesn’t mind what someone does to hurt him. It’s not a good type of personality to have really.
Standing out is most definitely not something that he likes. He’d rather be ignored his entire existence rather ran stand out in a crowd. Not that his mask helps him in this area. He’ll sit in the background and watch people enjoy their lives usually. Sometimes, he’ll muster up the courage to talk to people around him if they’re alone or maybe just look kind. He can tell when someone isn’t happy. No matter what type of mask they’re wearing, a painful smile is something he looks at in the mirror almost daily.
His expression when he has a mask on is very curious and expressionless but without his mask, he’s a lost cause. He’ll blush at almost everything and cover his mouth the best he can when he speaks. Taking off his mask isn’t something impossible, he just doesn’t want to. If you beg him to, he most likely will but… he doesn’t see the reason in such a thing. Taking his mask off doesn’t scare him but it does at the same time. Nowadays, he's fine with taking it off but if he doesn't need to, he probably won't.
Even with the mask on, animals and children tend to love him. Especially animals. His gentle nature stands out to them I suppose.

Katsumi's eyes widened, staring at the imbecile that had decided to come into the room and attempt to ruin the precious library. Her right eye twitched. "You HALF WIT." she boomed, her voice now raised a bit as she stared the idiot down. "You are the only one harassing anyone in this room right now. What? This is your only solution? Set yourself on fire in a library no less?" Her expression didn't look mad but instead simply irritated. But that was exactly how she was feeling. Furious.
I don't want to get this agitated in the morning... She sighed, a hand on her forehead as she looked at the female like she was an idiot. "Try and understand the situation before you act like a child that doesn't know how to solve simple problems. He wasn't even doing anything..." she said, glancing over at the man and shaking her head. Ogre she says. How idiotic. She doesn't even know what an oni is. "Return to your normal form before you ruin something in here. Please." Katsumi added a please to remain civil and was just now starting to realize why whats his name was ranting yesterday. This place may well be roaming with creatures like this. Trying to act like a hero before even understanding the situation. Katsumi never did have a good temper in the morning. At least she did try not to offend the thing. At least not all that much.
