The 4 corners of the world have split and been thrown all through dreams, the timespacecontinuüm and numerous dimensions to be remade. Mankind has disappeared completely and it is time for the new Races to rise. Survive the reforging of the world and take on it's threats. Grow yourself and your nation to power.

Some standardised rules before we discuss everything:
GM => "My will be done."
Pm the gm if you don't know something. It is the GM's game, in disputes, GM has the final say.
OOC => Don't be a dingus Be nice!
The real fighting happens in the IC. No namecalling or cursing here. We're trying to set up a game in which you can (to some extend). FAQ is in here, 'exposition' is in here.
nation sheet => newborn and current condition. Format specifics in post 0.
Your nation will win wars, grow in size, devellop tech,... To make certain you can do this again someday and notice your progress, you keep one in baby state and one of the current state of your nation. (Also usefull in case you would fall on the battlefield/wanted to start over on a better basis.)
IC => No touching other parties unless GM makes you fight (willingly...)
You'll state an attempt at doing something. Which will be a glorious attempt at something. For nations these are spaced as "dusk, day, dawn, dark". For heroes/characters these are paced as they are. (within one continent...)
Character sheet => We want to fit into the format. Character specs in post 0
We are "completely unique". => I don't want a monkey D luffy showing up. Monkey E luffy is fine, though.. All character types are welcome but must be conform to the charactersheet and its custom rules.
(Akionomo Hatsiuny) Aki stepped off of the train and walked around searching a place he thought hideous for something to bother, something to dig into or a path to any city of the fine concrete. Shortly after he found a squirrel seated on his shoulder. As soon as he grabbed the little moving defenseless creature by the tail, he felt a pressence. Engulfing the creature in his hand and squeezing slightly tighter on the little creature, he decided to move away from what could be a pursuer. After he noticed the tapping of feet behind him following, he decided the killing of innocents would have to wait for a day. He violently threw the squirrel into the wild and dove through the sandy floor. Branching roots where everywhere. He would reach the city in the evening at this rate. ___________________________________________________________________
Park
(Slackeyferia Cofffreymin) Slacky was in an incredible drive today. After being carried arround by a train, her ball-form happily rolled into the Park. She stook her 2 feet out of the ball and sneakingly made her way towards a tree. Under it, she saw another ball of what she thought to be fur. "Hey, you, ... got some coffee?" @Letmehaveone2
@Letmehaveone2 I've made my second character. (Ment to be bit of a gag character, but still..) I'll now proceed to make some IC and i'll be sleeping. :) So glad i got to join. :D
Unraveling his tape. She reveals herself quite proficient in raveling you in them.

Jumps forward a rather large distance. (100 to 500 feet/30 to 150 meters)
“The hairs of many things”
Can pull rather unexpected things from her hair. These may include living creatures, ancient automatons, one of the thousands of empty cups, cutlery or even a doomsday device that might destroy the universe..(you never really know what you’re going to get next)
“hit the deck”
Controllably charges and dives to the floor. Not specifically useful unless her hair gets her into a better position or unless she can be used by someone else.
“Triggered!”
Changes state of emotion and performs actions when specific words are mentioned.
“Flower blossom”
Rolls out her hair to cover a floorspace conform to the size of a medium-large room.
“Hare hair”
Makes her hair extra fluffy, releasing many puffy fur balls into the surrounding area.
“Here hair”
Grabs something with her hair and pulls it to her.
“higher hair”
Hardens her hair to be of heavy armor piercing property and heavy or to be of feather-weight and completely penetrable. Without split tips, of course..

Oaken brown hair, her manes flow wildly. She wears yellow tape around her body. Her face remains uncovered. Her green cloth resting on her shoulders and her hips. Though she blushes all the time, the sleepy expression never leaves her face.
Crush: None.
If they own coffee, they are contenders..

Personality:
Almost always asleep. Possesses a series of mostly unknown trigger words that wake her up immediately. Tips over very often, but doesn’t really seem to get hurt. Curls herself up in her hair when she’s not doing anything. It makes her a big fur ball at times. She seems to live off coffee. (Though very few are ever around to see her drink it).
When she is awake, she mostly acts like a little kindhearted child, wandering around with whoever carried her away or searching for the nearest place to find coffee. Meals might wake her up. Though they’d have to be warm. She’s afraid of livestock, dolphins and their related species.
She cares for her friends and wishes to help them as best she can. But things go by her unnoticed quite often. “zzzzzz.. huh...question?... This is a question?.. ”
History(optional):
This beauty of the ages has slept through countless events in history, has grown her hair over the many decades that she was actually awake and acquired some rather strange objects in her hair. Her brother suffers the exact same conditions she does, except he’s a blondie. And five minutes older, so he inherited everything the family owned. She left home at an early age. She has however, always been in a leadership position. From general in a royal army to factory CEO all the way to her current job: “The help-yourself tea shop manager.” Her office is stacked with paperwork, her phone red hot with unsatisfied customers and her cashiers are fairly certain they didn’t get paid last week. Again. She finds herself curious about the world she awakens in and sets out to find out more.
