damn right he got headbutted.

I guess that leaves a probably heavily wounded Owlman and Ann vs. Camille.

So what will Aya do with Sebby this time? Let him rot? I mean all these people dying is technically her fault.
Oh not again. Owlman's not allowed to die. :(

Can't one of the bad guys just take a hit for once? Even a minor one? i.e. Jake distracts Sebastian long enough that the blood prison dissolves and Owlman escapes?

Wish has been granted. He got headbutted.

I was going to have Camille age the truck and the clot of blood because orders were to scout for metas, not kill them. That and it's Camille's turf, Owlman was in HER turf dangit. She was going to let the truck crush Sebby though.
Did Patel just decapitate Light?

Yes.

Camille made a hole in her head, didn't do jack shit. It seems to be pretty common practice considering she'll never die and always recover. But yeah, popped it right off. I'm assuming Light is the unique case where auto-hits are permitted (from what I understood with my last collab with Archemage) against her, especially with reckless moves like that.
The Walk of God - Part 3

It had appeared the Reformists were keen on defending this place. As much as the human waste was a basic as fodder could get, the metas proved to be a splinter in Patel's leisurely stroll through the base. Although would it actually stop its walk? We would have to wait and see.

It started off with one of the higher ranked Metas dropping down from the ceiling and land behind Patel in order to catch it by surprise by hitting it near its kidney levels. The monster had the ability to see in pretty much any direction it wanted due to its unique physiology, thus making the backward approach a rather futile one if it had any surprising effect behind it. When Light delivered the punch, her hand would be immediately immobilized after entering the fifty centimeter perimeter around Patel in response to a patch of steam release from its hidden face, that same cloud of gray smoke would be continuously released for the three upcoming seconds with weak whispers accompanying it. One of the "hands" had caught her from the wrist and of course crushed it. In combination with that lock, a second hand replied with a forward "slap" on Light's face, hurling her severed head clean off toward the front gate of the Reformists.

Another step forward for Patel.

Next came a meta it recognized so very well: Cedric Wessex. Reacting to him wouldn't be too difficult, after all it would just be gunfire. That and Patel had many arms in its disposal. His first shot would be uninterrupted but would end up being blocked by a flattened vector over Patel's head, causing temporary (like one second) damage to the appendage. In response, a transparent but visible hand had been launched at the man in the air and pretty much back hand slapped his aiming arm, breaking it like a twig.

The next step was barely even bothered in the first place during that specific second.

As the second step was landing on the bloody floor of the well crowded lobby room, Mu had all of a sudden summoned a prison-like sphere around Patel. This would save Cedric from certain doom as Patel was hellbent on constricting the man into a bloody stain, but it would be cut short. At least the drones would crash on the sphere itself in exchange for the inconvenience.

Pretty straightforward as of yet a even a simple creature like Solf could tell that thing would be a menace. Still having Light's arm bound by one of its vectors and constantly putting her in a state of disablement (smashing her head as it would grow back, breaking any member that would get too close), it simply pulled on the arm that would be caught in the middle of the sphere's layer of energy. Light's headless and turned puppet body would smash against the sphere, putting both Patel's building smashing strength and Light's toon physics to annihilate the oppressive sphere and counter the offensive maneuver. It would follow up with Patel using the pull to throw Light's body right at Mu's direction while keeping a vector hidden behind her for a surprise attack.

It didn't stop an instant, as it was ordered to do, and marched forward while waiting for the next counter attack.

What about all three events happening in three consecutive seconds?

That does make things easier.
Camille Mahroug - Monsieur Hibou

All was fine and dandy, many copters were sabotaged and many people would happily die by the hands of a faulty engine. That plan would be great and all if she wasn't caught red handed by the notorious Owlman of the Reformists. Camille had only taken notice of the flying creature once it started to screech an unholy sound, prompting the tiny Underground executive to cover both her ears, thus dropping her newly stolen umbrella, and fixate the newcomer in the scene. Her eyes widened when she noticed the assailant's face, and eventually his claws would also be taken note of. He was... SO COOL! Just as the stories mentioned and the various clips on Youtube had shown him. Heck even Jaden's description only promoted the hype for the Owlman's encounter with Camille. She wanted a young female meta to join, but her very own Owl could do just as well.

Though the sound remained quick unbearable, her adapted to it with her overactive body and prime physical shape, allowing her to free at least one ear and pick up the dropped umbrella, only to point it at the owl mutant. But before she could open her mouth, a feminine voice beat her there, which caused her to turn her eyes to Aya's direction. She seemed pretty average and didn't engage in a fight so... In Camille's mind she was to be disregarded. Turning her gaze back at the creature so there wouldn't be any funny business, she'd finally give her little word in the whole thing.

"'Ey... EY SHADDAP! I'm only looking for cool metas and making people work harder to escape! ..."

She paused for a second, barely giving a menacing impression, almost looking kind of ridiculous. Yet again, the reformists were likely aware of a little girl handling both their boss and their asset in one go, so it wouldn't be probable that the bird would fall for it. However Camille sure thought she'd pull off a reasonable discussion as her dimwitted thought process managed to be flexible enough to convince her she'd be doing the best thing in the current situation.

"... So... Wanna join the winners?! We sure love owls~ Like you Monsieur Hibou~"

She'd randomly offer, since she was in a quest for metas, so the blunt approach wasn't to be ruled out. She was prepared for combat, though, as one would expect from the higher ups in the Underground Movement.

It's not an auto hit, I'm sorry if it sounds that way though. The sphere is escapable, and the fire/lighting can be blocked/evade, if Patel can think and act fast enough and smart enough.

Oh it can easily counter it given the huge amount of resources all other actions have offered it, i.e Light's body. And that's without much thinking. As for the auto-hit, it should be taken in second degree, I didn't really mean it. The instantly forming prison sphere thing was just strange. Finger snapping made me think of Ghirahim so I got cranky. The confusion makes me a raging bitch.

It can also just snap it like any inanimate thing it broke recently. I was just more concerned about the order of all the events.
I'm having a hard time with the chronology of the attacks. Light is delivering a sucker punch from the back, Cedric shooting fro the ceiling and Mu pulling off an auto-hit prison thing with lots of angles involved. Can I assume they're like in practically the same intervals? Because that would make things a hell of a lot more funny.

Oh no, Jake is by no means immortal. He can definitely be killed as his healing factor isn't on the scale of Wolverine. I wouldn't ignore Camille's touch because it would still have an effect on him but would most likely just incapacitate him for a time while he regenerates rather than it killing him.

I'm just trying to work out the extent of Jake's power. I don't want to push it too far.

If you need a reference on the aging speed when it's applied on living organisms at a "turn to dust" rate, check this out. Skip at 16:00 if it doesn't do that for you. It was the main inspiration for Camille. You can judge the efficiency of the healing from it, but if it isn't full on immunity it doesn't bother me the slightest.
So his healing factor makes him immortal like Wolverine? You can resist it if you want but it's just strange that it gives full on immunity to something that continuously spreads on flesh. That's like member regrowing healing
