Hmm... perhaps I should edit that.

Ok... time to set limitations, just give me a moment.

EDIT: Here we go:
Artist cannot create beings that already exist in the world (ex: your characters, other people's npc's, etc.).
Artist cannot summon major gods/other similarly powerful beings for more than 1.5 seconds without falling unconscious (to the point where he's almost at a coma) for.... let's say 1 day.
Artist cannot create 2 of the same being at the same time, even if on different pictures.
If Artist returns anything to a picture, it cannot be summoned again without a cooldown time (let's say one hour).
Artist cannot summon things that violate the the basic laws of physics (ex. impossible objects).
If Artist himself is incapacitated (unconscious, etc) then all summoned things will be automatically returned to the picture they were summoned from.
All creations Artist summons will be subjected to the natural laws of the world.
Any creation too badly damaged/incapacitated will be automatically returned to the picture it was summoned from.

And this is already with his original limitations, like:
Artist cannot keep beings out in the world for long periods of time without tiring himself.
Artist can only keep a max of 7 objects/5 beings out at once (let's say the max amount of time is 1 hour for objects and half an hour for beings, and at the end of that, he'll be so exhausted that he needs several hours to recuperate).

Not quite done, but I'm running out of limitations as it is. If you guys would like to mention anything, then please do so, and I will consider it.

Press took the time to check his cube for any malfunctions. None of his creations were perfect, far from it, and it was up to him to find the imperfections before it was too late. He brought up a virtual keyboard and typed in his passwords for each security lock he put in it. Once that was done, a menu was brought up, showing what he had placed inside. All that was in was his armor, other gadgets, and some works in progress. Satisfied that no bugs came up this time, he closed the menu, re-locked his cube, and reattached it to his belt.

Press sighed mentally. He felt insecure while he wasn't wearing his armor, which he had placed in his storage cube. It seemed like good manners at the time, but now it seemed off. At least he had his most trustworthy creation and friend, Horus. And what a beauty Horus is, but more of that at another time, as he and his future comrades around him now had a more important matter ahead of them.

Physical Description: Height: 5' 11", short black hair, red irises (usually hidden by reflective sunglasses), white baseball cap (which she wears backwards when using her powers), light brown short-sleeved jacket that reaches to her waist and has inner pockets, red tank top, light blue shorts that reach to her knees, black sneakers w/ white straps.
General Personality: Tomboyish, friendly, arrogant.
Powers/Abilities:
Super speed: Capable of moving at incredibly high speeds, making appearances when moving a blur. Because of this, she also has a ridiculously high amount of stamina.
Fire manipulation: Takes control of any flame, whether spark or inferno, and manipulates it according to her will. Because of this, she is completely immune to fire; Also, for reasons unknown, her hair will turn blonde when manipulating fire.
Weaknesses: Naturally, if doused in water, her fire manipulation will fail her, though immunity will be as strong as ever. Despite being adept at manipulating fire, she cannot actually create any herself without a lighter or other fire-starting tool. She is fast, but has as much strength as any other human.
Weapons: Butterfly knife, 3 lighters, 5 packs of waterproof matches, flint and steel.
