Daniel - Free Runner
"Oh come on!" Daniel cried out when he was forced out of D.G.P. It was just getting to the good part, too, Daniel thought. He could still remember the 4 kings in front of him vividly. His mind soon went blank from boredom, and he leaned back on a chair, appearing almost like a vegetable. His mind snapped out of it soon enough, though, and he was already surfing on the web, moving through the forums involving D.G.P., which had quickly filled with threads about the shutdown of D.G.P. Daniel amused himself by reading these threads, seeing what theories people came up with to explain the phenomenon. There were also some interesting threads about people seeing massive amounts of Dissolutions before being kicked out of the game. Eventually Daniel got off the web, although reluctantly, and headed to his classroom for some boring learning.

Some time later, there was the announcement about how D.G.P. would be fixed the following day, which made Daniel look up in shock, dismayed at how he couldn't log in until that time. He slumped onto his desk, depressed, and barely listened to the second part of the announcement, which was something about hunting down a player named Corpse Collector and being welcomed to the Ebony Strykers. A dim light flashed in Daniel's mind and he suddenly sat up straight again. Corpse Collector.... that sounded familiar. When he waved to the armored truck, that person on it, that player's name appeared for a moment, but he was sure it definitely said "Corpse Collector". And when he barged into the Black Guild Hall, he definitely heard the words "Corpse Collector". He partially hid a smile underneath his hand as he thought about it. This might actually be fun, Daniel thought.
Michelle - Shooting Star-Yellow King

Shooting Star was startled when alarms suddenly came on, along with an announcement telling people that they were going to be forced out of the game. She wondered what could have caused such damage to the game that everyone had to be forced out. Before she was kicked out, though, she saw Prediction paths appear, and she turned to see the source, which was some 4-armed creature launching chains at her and the other Kings. Before they reached her, though, Michelle suddenly awoke in the real world. Wow, that was weird, Michelle thought as she took off the device on her head that had connected her to D.G.P. and put her glasses on. She stood up and stretched her muscles, which she really needed after her body had been lying still for the past.... however long it had been.

She surfed the web for any information on the shutdown, looking through the forums on D.G.P. She looked through the ones that caught her attention, and posted her opinions on the matter when she thought she should, and found that when people were being kicked out, there were also sightings of practically a country's worth of Dissolutions that had appeared. She bit her thumbnail as she read through the posts, troubled by the incident. She also wondered if the incident with the five Dissolutions she had fought in her own Guild Hall was related to this, and decided that it was too much of a coincidence for them to be separate. Either there was a massive glitch in the system.... or someone caused it to happen. She tensed at the thought, wondering who was capable of causing such a thing, then deciding that it would be next to impossible to do such a thing, and tried to put it off as paranoia.

Then there was the announcement from the School President, saying that D.G.P. wouldn't be operational until the following day, and that a player named Corpse Collector needed to be hunted down. Michelle tossed away the thought in mind, as she couldn't do much about it in the real world, so she'd have to watt until D.G.P. was back online. In the meantime, though, she noticed a PM alert on her page, and she clicked it, showing a message for someone saying that he wished to join the Tinged Berserkers. Someone named The Undertaker... Michelle took a few moments to research the name and found that he was a highly-skilled sniper, as well as an infamous PKer in D.G.P. Hmm.... I could use the extra members, but do I want my Guild to have a reputation for PKing? Michelle thought. She needed to consider as many facts as she could, then decide which held the highest priority and strongest authority. Her mind flashed back to something the Black King said...

"...you're fairly new to the business of leading Guilds."

That may be true, but Michelle spent her entire life settling disputes and making negotiations with other students, so it was not anything she hadn't experienced before. She began typing out a reply to The Undertaker saying, "Sure, we can use the help. I should warn you, though, there might be some who will hate you for who you are, but as long as you don't do anything to them, I can guarantee-" She immediately stopped at that word, then deleted it and resumed typing. "guaranteepromise you protection from them. So, welcome to the Tinged Berserkers." With the message finished, she hit "Send" and sighed. Now that she thought about it, she decided that she really needed to change the name of the Guild. While the key members were indeed Berserkers, the guild was expanding, and it seemed almost wrong for the Guild to seemingly center around Berserkers, even if only in name. She resolved to create a new name and change it when she got the chance.
Hmm... Is PKing considered a crime, or is it a legitimate way to level up your character? Or is it both?

Just wondering if there was any difference in the passing of time between Deep Grounds and the real world like there is in Accel World, or is time kept at a 1:1 ratio?

Probably a 1:1 ratio. Otherwise, it wouldn't make any sense (according to me, anyway).
Probably. It makes sense, doesn't it?
Holy shit, no wonder why Corpse Collector is such a threat.
Man, seems like stuff's been going on here while I've been making my small post. Windel, I have a feeling that your post will be AWESOME!
Michelle - Shooting Star-Yellow King

Michelle retracted her hand and jumped back slightly when the White King bursted through the ceiling and landed between her and the Black King. "Jeez, rude much." Michelle muttered, although she wasn't one to talk, considering that she had just rushed in here without any warning. Then the Blue King appeared right after the White King, coming in through the same hole Whitey had just created. It was quickly becoming apparent that MichelleShooting Star was not the only King to have the idea to visit the Black King, although their reasons might differ.

"Hello to you as well, Blue," Shooting Star said in a friendly greeting. She turned to the White King and merely said, "White," in a not-so-friendly greeting. Shooting Star then smiled and said, "Well, I didn't expect this many Kings to come, buuuuuuuuut here we are. So, let's cut to the chase." She then pointed dramatically at Moon Rider and said, "Black King!" She put her hands on her hips and asked, "Why are you suddenly deciding to accept members into your Guild when previous Black Kings never did?"
Daniel - Free Runner

DanielFree Runner thought about trying to kick Curved Solitaire again, but decided that it was probably best not to. The angel might decide to do something worse than just appearing to take the hit. Instead, Free Runner placed his right arm around Curved Solitaire's shoulder and said, "Hey buddy. You came here to see the Black King too?"
@Voltin Remember that Daniel is kicking Curved Solitaire in the back. Might wanna edit your post a bit.
I apologize for the short post, but I'm currently running out of things to type.
Daniel - Free Runner

Daniel reached the rooftops in a matter of seconds and continued on his way. As he traveled, he took out his shotgun and reloaded it, then placed it back. It wasn't too long before he reached the Black Guild Hall and entered. He had only heard the words "Corpse Collector" when he landed behind someone named Curved Solitaire and attempted to kick him in the back, but instead, an angel-like creature appeared to take the blow, disappearing as soon as Daniel placed his foot back onto the ground. "What the-" Daniel said before a yellow blur moved right past him and stopped before the throne.
Michelle - Shooting Star-Yellow King
Michelle zoomed across multiple cities, stopping only to make turns along the streets. When she was running, not even galloping horses could match her pace. Distance was no obstacle for her as she ran through the White city, Red city, and Blue city. There were a few players who made the mistake of trying to stop her, and a few slashes with her swords got them out of the way.

She reached the Faded City in very little time and just kept running, loving the wind blowing across her face. As she turned a corner, she ran past an armored vehicle with a person on top and another person walking, but paid them little attention. She turned another corner and there it was, the place where the Black King resided. She ran inside, interrupting someone who was taking, stopping to a screeching halt right in front of the Black King's throne. Michelle bowed, smiling, and said, "Greetings, Black King. I am the Yellow King of the Tinged Berserkers," raising her hand for a handshake.
