We could be doing something productive with our lives... instead, we're here.

A random quote from some philosopher that we'll forget in a few moments.

Michelle sighed. Already there were ridiculous scenes happening everywhere. An angry mob of chickens chasing someone, and then someone shot at the front doors for seemingly no reason. She expected Beacon to be... ok she wasn't sure how Beacon was supposed to be, but she didn't expect this. She debated for a second whether or not to help the one being chased by chickens, then rolled her eyes, thinking, Might as well.

She threw back the right side of her cloak, revealing her sniper rifle Artemis, then crouched down and aimed it at the chicken Faunus girl who seemed to be controlling them. Switching her dust setting on her rifle to Wind, she fired, her shot going past the Faunus. The wind it created, though, and the Faunus spinning around in place, eventually stopping and collapsing onto the ground, disoriented and dizzy. The chickens were now just looking around and clucking.

With a twirl she returned her rifle to its original position under her cloak, and walked over to the boy who had been chased. The top portion of her face still covered by the hood of her cloak, she offered her left hand to him for a handshake.

It sounds interesting, I'll give it that. I'll keep my eye on this.
So... Anyone know where Pumpkin Prince went?
Michelle had taken a notepad out and was taking notes on the Duel. She preferred not being first when it came to the order of Duels, since that meant she could gather info on other people's Decks and strategies. Evol- monsters with their terrifying ability to swarm the field with stronger versions of themselves, and the Koa'ki Meiru's with their anti-light and anti-dark tactics, Michelle thought as she examined the Duel. The Evols would not be too much of a problem, but her main concern was the Koa'ki Meiru deck. She was running a LIGHT Fairy deck, so it would be a terrible match up for her.

"Told you we'd have a tough time," Freya commented to Michelle. Michelle glanced at Freya, who was watching the Duel with equal intensity as she was, then returned her main attention to the Duel. "It's to be expected," Michelle replied, pushing up her glasses. "We're in a tournament, after all; only the best of the best will survive here."
Michelle found herself lost in thoughts about home and her sniper rifle Artemis. She could still remember the day she first created it. There it was, freshly-built and brand new in her hands, and she wanted to try it out for the first time. Then her mind cleated, and she found herself back in the ship, looking out the window and heading towards Beacon. She sighed, knowing that she shouldn't have let her thoughts wander so much.

Then she felt a change in movement on the ship, and saw out the window that the ship had landed. Wasting no time, she pushed herself off the ground and onto her feet, dusting the back of her cloak for any dust and then making sure she had everything with her. Sniper rifle in hand, bag of essentials slung over her shoulder, and cloak still concealing her, she followed the group out the ship and onto the ground. As she took her first look at Beacon, her first thought was, It's bigger than I expected.
Conna'Cel was currently having an internal debate with himself. "Hostility sensed, preparing to engage. Error: hostile response will take place if engage, otherwise no hostile action takes place. Best course of action: do not engage." Then the Elvhan proceeded to talk about a way off the planet and to follow her, otherwise her ship will self-destruct. "Outcome of following unknown entity to unknown destination: unknown. Others proceeding to follow, likelihood of survival following others: moderate. Likelihood of survival alone in zombie-infested territory: low. Best course of action: stay with the group." With his plan set, he followed the Elvhan assassin along with the others he encountered, caring only about his own survival.
So, can we have a link for your titanpad/whatever-the-hell-it-is Duel collab? Because, y'know, I'm just wondering what you guys are doin' and all.
Two of the flying zombies began circling Conna'Cel as he was recharging, then they suddenly swooped down at him. Immediately he leaped out of the way, folding his solar panels back into his shoulders. "Hostile entities detected. Engaging," Conna'Cel said as he once again transformed his left arm into his laser gun. One of the flying creatures was shot down, but the other was able to circle around and grab him before he fire, lifting him into the air.

Conna'Cel grabbed a handle from his right hip and pressed a button, activating his blade. He sliced the creature's head off, then calculated his next actions as he fell. He managed to roll as he landed on another rooftop while the head of the creature he had slain landed at his feet. He was on his feet now, examining his surroundings, and quickly identified a group of creatures on the same rooftop he was on. "State your identities and intentions," he said to the Ork, Elvhan, and humans.
It's done. Fixed the race thing too.
