Who came up with the idea to make our statuses quotes from philosophers, anyway?

We could be doing something productive with our lives... instead, we're here.

A random quote from some philosopher that we'll forget in a few moments.

Ahh, that. I've seen it before, yet it gets me every time.
@Scarifar

Don't you already have a character? o.o

ManoftheNorth said we could have up to 2.
Hey Caits, if you have a spare red dragon egg, could you send one my way via Magi Dragon? Been looking for one for ages.

And dammit those new dragon eggs died of sickness when I wasn't looking. All three of em. Freakin' unbelievable.
Name: Megumi Takaki

Screenname: Ahiru

Sex: Female

Age: 16

Appearance: Here.

Bio: Ahiru is the younger sister of a friend within the Scarlet Harleys, and was the other survivor of the guild. She went her separate way from Mythrilite after the guild disbanded.

She spent more time in towns where it was safe, creating potions and the sort for those who went off to fight in the front lines. She set up a small shop that attracted a decent amount of people, and was able to make some profit off of it.

One day, however, she was running low on stock, and those on her friends list were quite busy dealing with their own problems, so she set off looking for parties willing to take her to the areas where it would be difficult to gather the ingredients due to the high levels of the monsters that patrolled the areas.

She eventually found one and set off gathering the necessary ingredients with her party members. They quickly bonded and it seemed like these beautiful friendships would last forever.

Or so one would think. In a dungeon, while gathering a supply of the rarest item needed to create a rather high-level potion, a trap was triggered and a boss-level monster appeared, along with its minions. The party tried to use Teleport crystals, but an anti-crystal field was in place, and they were trapped. As the party members died one by one, Ahiru tried to make a run for it, and was met with a seemingly bottomless pit. Ahiru made the decision to jump, thinking it would be better to die by her own hands rather than at the mobs.

It was a million-in-one chance, but she landed safely at the bottom by hitting a few giant leaves on the way down before LA ding on the ground. It was there that she had discovered a little village at the bottom of the pit, while also triggering a hidden quest to help a blind old hermit that was dying from a venomous spider bite. A new potion had appeared in her medicine mixing menu, and while she had the necessary level requirement needed to make it, it was completely new to her. On top of that, she only had a week to complete it or else she would fail and never be able to return.

Ahiru spent a long time completing little quests from the villagers and haggling with certain shopkeepers for both food and ingredients, but eventually she was able to create the potion and deliver it, completing the quest. Upon completion, the hermit transformed into a giant satyr with large horns, and the village disappeared. The satyr revealed that it was a dying god, and it needed that potion to gather enough strength to pass on its powers to someone worthy of it. Ahiru had passed the test that the god had set up, and she was deemed to be worthy. Upon the satyr's death, Ahiru was given an odd-looking stone of sorts called "Locked Heart: Utility", as well as a Teleport crystal, some ingredients for medicine making, as well as new recipes for medicine making.

It had been about two days since she had disappeared in the dungeon, and her regular customers asked her what had happened. Ahiru's response was that she merely had trouble in a dungeon and was was trapped for a long time. One customer had asked if she found anything while she had been trapped, and Ahiru told him about the hidden quest and the quest rewards, including the stone which she had equipped by now, granting her the new skill of Healing.

The customer then returned the next day along with a couple of rather high-leveled players, saying that those two had some questions for her. Their intimidating looks were more than enough to terrify Ahiru and tell them everything that had transpired involving the acquisition of the stone.

After grilling her on the subject, the customer apologized for their behavior and explained that they had been searching for a long time for a stone like that, and that the two were just quite annoyed that Ahiru had gotten it first. The customer explained only a few details about how Ahiru had managed to obtain an incredibly rare item, a Locked Heart, and he and his "colleagues" searched every corner of every Floor in order to find them. He gave her an invitation to join his guild as well as pleaded to her to keep the existence of Locked Hearts a secret, and Ahiru just couldn't say no to either request. As a result, she joined the Lock Heart guild, and is now keeping her word on the matter, while learning more about the Locked Hearts, especially her own.

Hmm... Fair enough then. I'll figure out a way to create the series of events that lead up to this and keep everything secret.
I agree that that would be the case, but remember what we discussed in the pm's about a Locked Heart I was creating.

The guild wants to keep Locked Hearts a secret, as you say, and my character isn't exactly going to be that subtle about it. Word spreads quickly about many things, after all, and I'm sure the guild wouldn't miss an opportunity to recruit a Locked Heart user into their ranks.
Changing the topic a bit, how would the Lock Heart guild feel about someone turning down an invitation to the guild?
I believe they are called Mighty Glaciers. However, they are sometimes too fast to be called that, so they could be Lightning Bruisers.

Besides, we are trying to keep away those stereotypical fast and strong badasses like Kirito.

We are, aren't we?

Yeah, I didn't think so either.
Hey Lucius, no one can see your food porn anymore. Sigs now have a height limit.

Kinda sad, really.
Senbonzakura - Client World Client World 576143290-B

Senbonzakura was annoyed that his Shikai was blocked so easily. As the rain of jade came, Senbonzakura pulled back his sword petals and brought them above him to act as an umbrella of sorts. The jade bounced off the shield of petals, and when the rain ended Senbonzakura made his move.

Senbonzakura Flash Stepped three times in a zig zag motion up to Suwako, his blade back to normal and raised up to deliver a downward strike. Also, if Suwako happened to dodge or use a barrier again, Senbonzakura would immediately release his Shikai again and send his cherry blossom sword petals at her again.

Spy - Restaurant District, Yggdrasil

When Spy saw the figure run in his direction, he realized he had to make the split decision of whether or not to interfere. He could trip the figure with his leg, but the moment he made contact with him would mean his silhouette would appear. If he didn't help the figure would potentially escape.

In the end, he decided that it would be better not to help and let the figure run past him. He had no reason to be involved, and had no intention of getting involved in something that didn't concern him. Walking past the robotic knight into the restaurant, he uncloaked and waited patiently to be seated.
