I'm sure you've realized your mistake by now, but I'll say it anyway: his age is 22, and was bonded for 13 years. Therefore, they would have bonded when Quincy was 9 years old. You can see why I told you to change the age (or years bonded, that works too).
Change the age. You can't bond with a dragon until you're between the age of 13 and 30.
