The Superhuman Crusade & Alliance Revolution (S.C.A.R.)

Luke's cool and all but I have some doubts regarding on the concept of his powers and I'd like to point out some known issues so that he'll be on the right track.

First and foremost, characters who will be ORB prisoners should at least be 20 and above because the government stated that they will, by no means, house any Superhuman criminals who are younger than that age. If it happens that Superhumans under the age of 19/20 possess juvenile records, they are dispatched at a mental institution so that their powers can be contained and handled properly. If not still and they've already reached the age of 20 while remaining at the mental institution, they're automatically sent to the ORB. I've read in some parts of his history that he was placed on a juvenile detention facility and was later transferred to a much bigger prison.(ORB) If so, I assume you may have forgotten to change his age. But anyway since it's still a work in progress, I can understand.

Now onto his powers. My biggest doubts is that he is able to attain such demonstration of dark magic (able to summon demons and the like) at a very young age. While we all understand we're under fiction, I just like to emphasize some aspects of reality to make things logical and have more sense. In my opinion towards this case, if Luke possesses such power at an age of 16, I'm quite certain that he will be overwhelmed by it. One notable reason is the presence of demons alone. I don't have any definite repugnance towards them, (heck, even I find myself fascinated with the ability) but I feel like it's a little bit off. Luke can be terrified with that power, the very existence of these creatures can give him horrific nightmares from their appearances and growing up will have him develop a really unsettling behviour just from reflecting through what he's capable of. Personally, I think this whole concept of demon summoning is fit for a fantasy setting - which isn't a theme this RP tackles and that's what my opinion holds.

So here, I have an idea I can suggest to Luke so that he can fit in the RP as a well-rounded character. Since you're approaching a power with demonic themes, why not have him possess demon physiology? Like he's able to transform into a demonic creature on certain conditions. He can also possess some physical features as that of the creature within his human form. Let's say for example, he has small horns growing out of his head, reptilian eyes, a tail, perhaps a set of heightened senses or etc. while in human form. The second part of his powers isn't that bad at all and you can actually use that approach.

However, if you want to scratch off the idea of this power, I can help you find a suitable and more comfortable one to your liking as I have a variety of superpower concepts at my disposal.

I hope this isn't too much. I just want to help players with their character creation using any plausible and enjoyable means of concept building. @Veridis QuoTry double checking them, it may be a really small detail that you're missing out or a symbol which isn't a part of the code. Pretty sure that the CS code I've provided works perfectly fine. Also, just make sure the indentation code is perfectly in order. Like for example the header is already indented but you want to add more indent to the content.

Still here! So sorry >.< I think I haven't thought of anything good on how Spencer will play the game. Dunno if he'd end up pissed or do something sophisticated but hopefully I'll have an idea and a post later on.

@FantasyChicYou can but if we rp that IC, then your character will miss out all the action or basically, wont -at most- be a part of the first arc. (but if it's okay for you to not be a part of it, then I don't mind RPing Lloyd's encounter with Victoria IC) So we may put it into consideration that it has been established and Victoria is already a member of S.C.A.R.

@FantasyChicThat will work and then maybe upon uncovering her potential, Lloyd persuaded her to be a part of his organization which she's oblivious of from the start. Well, through some thoughtful persuasion, let's say things have somehow managed to go through and she agreed, only realizing thereafter that she'll be associating herself with a far more classified group of people and Lloyd's identity is far from being just a lawyer who sits all day in his office. It's really up to you on how you want to establish these connections. ^^

@Kingdoml1Definitely! Feel free to create one and submit it here. I was hoping that one day someone will step up and have a Superhuman who has resemblances with the X-men's Juggernaut. ^^

@FantasyChicI really like Victoria and it'll be good to have a celebrity on-board. There's just one thing I need to point out. At a certain timeline in her life, was there any criminal activity that she had been involved into? Because most of the characters from this RP are newly escaped Superhuman prisoners from the ORB either because of having criminal/juvenile records or were rebels involved with the revolutionary war of Nicholas Washterson. Though I'm not necessarily saying that your character must be a criminal or a rebel, there should be at least some connected links as to why she is/will be a part of S.C.A.R. once the RP starts. There are other options aside from being an ORB prisoner. An example is that she might have past affiliations with Lloyd Washterson or any of the elite S.C.A.R. agents. You may also put it in a way that she met Lloyd at a particular time only for him to discover that she is a Superhuman and can sing! Later persuading her to work for S.C.A.R. as an entertainer or any of the sort. Or she has a Superhuman relative (let's say an uncle or aunt she's very close with) who is imprisoned at the ORB and she joined S.C.A.R. to be a part of their cause and one day free her uncle/aunt/any relative you can think of.

These are just suggestions by the way and do feel free to establish your own. If you need any help, I'll be glad to give you more ideas on this._{Just be wary that I am known to give ridiculous ones XD} Anyway, once you have cleared the issues I've pointed out, just [@mention.] me and I'll look through it again. ^^

Interesting set of characters so far. Looking forward onto what the others will come up with. ^^

Also, I've been thinking about this recently and would just like to give a minor announcement that the RP will tentatively start either on Thursday or Friday depending on how I'll handle my work schedules.

With that, I'll give a rundown on what you should all expect to be happening on the first arc. Should there be any disagreements, feel free to voice them out so that we can change these right away before starting.

• On the first part, all of our characters will be introduced and how we'll manage that is simply through exhibition or to simply put, a showoff of each character's power. Lloyd will give his proper intro and for the new members of S.C.A.R., they will immediately be placed in the simulation room. _{if you don't know what that is, kindly read the information written at the first page} There, they will be given a specific amount of time to present a freestyle-ish demonstration of how their powers work and of course, they should also, at least, share a bit more about themselves while in the process.
• Second part is that after the introduction, S.C.A.R. recruits will be briefed for their first mission. As what you all should know, the breakout S.C.A.R. has commenced recently wasn't as successful as how the media described it to be. Yes, several inmates escaped but their targeted prisoner is an ex-general who served S.C.A.R. during the revolutionary war when Nicholas Washterson was still alive. The recruits' objective is to go back to the O.R.B. and help the ex-general's escape. Of course, there will be some deliberate planning on this so it wont be as simple as it sounds. I'll also answer your questions about this, should there be any.
• Lastly, their first mission will be commenced a day after, meaning we'll be having a time skip after the introduction at the simulation room. Here, you are all free to create your own arcs such as interactions done at different points at HQ. Afterwards, the real action starts.
