It was a normal day for you, you did what you usually did and then went home and did whatever you usually do before you go to sleep. But when you woke up you felt that things were not normal. You felt watched and spied on,as if a predator from some distant rain forest was sizing you up, seeing if you were weak enough to kill. This feeling didn't fade for the rest of the day. Once you get home and settled in you start to play a game, and you felt...safe like a child in the presence of his mother, until you hear something in the house, you get up no longer feeling safe. You look around nervously you chalk it up to being your pet(s) doing something stupid. But then it happens again, this time louder and closer to the room you are located.the lights go out and the only thing lighting your room is the pause menu of the game you were playing,You get up out of instinct and are ready to flee when you see it. Two glowing eyes sizing you up, a few feet in front of you. It's shape distorted, it lets out a metallic scream and jumps at you. You see the shape of the creature a distorted quadrupedal thing with a scorpion like tail, other features like skin or fur is made impossible to discern as the entire body seems to be a missing game texture. You scream and close your eyes seeing as this is the end for you, The metallic scream is interrupted as a struggle is hurt, you open your eyes too see a character from your favorite video game fighting with the creature...And kicking ass!. After a few moves the creature explodes in a scream and a burst of darkness. And your journey starts from there. --------- I'm sorry, I didn't mean for that to be so long winded I got caught up in the process, ANYWAY this rp would follow a group of kids, no more than 4 others (excluding myself). Who travel into the InterWeb, a world within all forms of gaming where something has been wreaking havoc on gaming worlds. You can access your Avatar, a person/thing from a video game that you feel connected too, think of this as a Persona. from Shin Megami Tensei, this Avatar is select to you and you alone, you live and fight along side your Avatar. Your Avatar can be any Developed character in a game,Antagonist or Protagonist doesn't matter. Now I know what your thinking What if someone chooses someone like Goku from the Dragon ball Z games?. Well you see when you get your Avatar he/she/it will be in there weakest state and will have too "level up", for example Goku would start from Kid Goku and then ascend to adult goku and so on. Other things apply to Avatars but that's for the OOC. Anyway now in a way this is different from Persona you will be able to Sync with your Avatar, giving you some traits and abilities of your partner. Now the setting would be the worlds of the selected Avatars so i don't want any copies of characters for example choosing Mega Man and then someone else choosing Zero, sorry if it's been chosen then it's gone. Would anyone be interested?.
