OKay, so we are going to play a gang of Conduits from New York who heard about Delsin Rowe's rebellion and were inspired to rebel against the D.U.P. instead of hiding in fear. Each person in this role-play will be a different conduit with different powers, or you can choose to pm me and be a person like Augustine who decided to go with the D.U.P.
Reguarding powers you can go with an already thought of power (smoke,electricity,fire etc). Or make your own, but I will be judging a little more harshly on new ones. Also I want all of our characters to have their own graffiti tag. To add a little more personality to the group and our characters.
Rules:
1.Have fun
2.Normal guild rules apply
3.No auto-hitting/god-modding
4.Put what F.E.V. means at the bottom of your cs to show that you have read the rules.
5.I am god on this thread, obey what I say.
6.any flame wars, bullying goes on out here in the OOC will get you banned.

Bio:Jason got his powers at a rave a few years ago. He was dragged there by a friend. After getting into a fist fight with a few other guys he was being beaten half to death until he was pushed into a neon light and it broke all over his back. the exposed light leaked into his skin and was
absorbed. People ran in fear. And he just ran. The D.U.P. came over to his house and sent him away to one of those detention centers and
sent a few agents to tie up loose ends.He was moved to a detention center near New York and headed to New York once he escaped. And after a while heard about Deslin Rowe the 'Banner Man'. And decided to take his own action.
personality:Jason is a very outgoing person despite his funny,friendly and charismatic exterior he is filled with hate, and rage for the D.U.P. and the lives they have ruined and will sometimes go out of his way to ruin the D.U.P.'s plans, big or small

So, I've been playing the new Infamous game. And I decided that I would start up a role-play about it. So here we are. This rp will be taking place in New York. We will be playing a gang of conduits who rebel against the D.U.P. I know that's basically the plot for the game but bare with me here. Anyway, so being that New York is such a big city The D.U.P. has a pretty strong foothold and a few small armies to boot, Martial law has been declared, there is also a curfew for the civilians. Almost all businesses are now D.U.P. owned from electricity to cereal.
Not all of us will be a exactly 'good' guys I do expect that someone who signs up for this rp will want to make a neutral or a 'bad' guy. The powers can range from anything that makes sense, you can look up the list of conduit powers or make your own. Whatever, as long as it's not overpowered like time travel,invulnerability etc.
