Name: Experiment 77b "Bloodletter" Goes by Blood

Facial appearance(more or less):
Appearance: Black, shoulder length hair covering his right eye. His eyes are completely bio-organic with red glowing pupils. Bits of metal plating is flecked across his entire body. Scars are portrayed all over his body, signs of the experiments.
Wears a brown sleevless tank top, black jeans, and combat boots. Always has a sadistic, psychotic, distant expression on his face.
Bio/History/Backstory: Blood was turned and experimented on by [REDACTED] in the name of science, in hopes of creating the ultimate killing machine for both mankind and vampires. Blood was one of the few the experiment process didn't kill, the scientists took great interest and began experimenting on him to the extreme. A majority of him is bio-organic parts and machinery, the entire process highly painful and done while he was still concious. Should he pass out, he was given a shot of adrenaline and the experiments would continue...always continue.
One day their creation turned on them, he slaughtered the entire outpost he was stored in, and the civillians in the surrounding towns, furious at humanity and those that did this to him. They had made him immensely powerful, far beyond any human, among one of the most powerful beings to walk the planet. The bio-organic parts took far to well, integrating themselves with and enhancing his natural capabilities.
He would use this power to strike down humanity and all of those that had a hand in doing this to him, and those that stand in his way.
Faction/Side/Alignment/Goals: Himself and his goals. He has vowed to strike down humanity and all that oppose him doing so.
Personality: 100% psychotic and sadistic. There has probably never been anyone as mentally as un-stable as him, he is prone to kill you without any provocation whatsoever, for simply breathing.
Powers: Highly enhanced regenerative capabilities, enhanced speed, and varying modes of eyesight at will (infrared, thermals, nvg, etc.). His heart is bio-organic as well, making it nigh impossible to kill him VIA damaging the heart. De-capatation is almost assuredly required. Immune to pain.
Weapons: His left arm named Bloodletter, which is where his name came from, is a giant bio-organic sword outfitted with many holes which, upon contact and cutting of flesh, rapidly suck out blood distributing it to his system. The longer the blade is in, the more blood is consumed. Given enough time, it could kill someone through sheer blood loss. His right arm which is fully mechanical has a wrist mounted SMG accessed through a certain gesture. Ammo is fed through a compartment on the right side of his chest. It is capable of firing 15 rounds per second, it is prone to overheating.
Skills: Highly trained in hand to hand fighting and swordsmanship, relying on his gun only in the most dire of situations. Cunning and stealthy, it's likely you won't hear or see him coming before it's too late.

@akje Personally thinking full on experimental abomination vampire thing. Like, half of him is bio-organic parts and junk.
@Wraithblade6 Could I get a rundown of where everyone is, whats going on, whose doing what, etc.? It'll help me decide what to do, I'm thinking of creating a new character. An experimental abomination, to be precise.
