Turbulence observed Nightscream as she produced a set of rather lethal-looking tools meant for surgical work, or at least that was what he suspected them to be for. While many Cybertronians would definitely need to be opened up the hard way, Turbulence however was one of those rare cases where such methods were not heavily required. Just as Nighscream offered to use a Null Ray to stimulate and numb his sensors, Turbulence then felt the need to physically explain why he was perfectly okay with staying online and not counting his obvious trust issues.

"Let's make this a bit easier."

Given his service record during the war, assuming the conflict had truly ended, the Autobot flyer had become quite the magnet for punishment as he flew air cover for his ground-based comrades. This was so much so that the Autobot medics who begrudgingly operated him on a near-routine basis finally opted to structurally revise his body and chassis in order to provide an easier way to access his more sensitive components and functionary systems. While Turbulence was rather against the idea, his commanders however were very much on the opposite end of the spectrum.

While still in the operating berth, Turbulence's armored chest and abdomen stiffly retracted via several moving shafts and gears unfolding the mechanical carapace between the external armor and the touchy inside thanks to the maintenance locks from earlier now unset. Separate internal turbines and joint motors immediately halted their systematic processes and realigned with his revealed carapace frames to the side as bright holographic lights highlighted his mechanical organs.

"...Lets just say I got shot...A lot." Turbulence vaguely explained, almost sounding sickly for some reason, "...Though I think I may take you up on that zapping part; I still tend to feel everything."
...Did I say tonight? I meant tomorrow. Yeah, tomorrow...Which is today.

Some college work took longer than I anticipated.

EDIT: I found another funny ~ https://youtu.be/w5NnOLc7Kg4
Per Nightscream's instruction, Turbulence came into the hallway once more and turned left at the only door this side of the corridor. It was pretty easy to find but that probably meant the facility itself was immense as hinted at by the array of windows preceding it. Before entering the room, Turbulence could not help but over hear Nightscream advising both Sklog and Prism not to access Sub-level 20 all because of something visually disturbing. The thought didn't sit too well with him but being as this was a Decepticon laboratory, the same thought didn't surprise him either.

Entering the facility, Turbulence could make out several operating tables and berths, most being aligned with the windows as if they were meant to be viewed from the outside. Nightscream lead him to a particular berth that almost appeared more of a torture slab with notable restraints, a console with a set of operating tools, and a mechanical arm of disconcerting appearance. If Turbulence could actually show his face hidden away behind his visor, it would be hard not to tell of his utter disapproval and questionable look. What was this place even for? He was quick to shoot down that question, wishing not to know of its purpose but Nightscream's eventual mention of the robotic limb over the berth never functioning properly had Turbulence in a predicament of quite know how to interpret that piece of detail.

"You don't say..." Turbulence declaimed, not hiding the censure in his voice.

Turbulence as first hesitated but complied soon after he decided to give the Decepticon Seeker the benefit of the doubt, believing her to be acting with good intentions as he laid back into the berth. However, that vaguely positive sentiment was still overshadowed with his skeptical distrust as he refused to be operated on without his own supervision, "Forgive me...But I would rather be online for this."
An unlimited supply of table lamps!

Lampformers!

More than meets the eye... Until you turn them on.

In all seriousness though, I should have a post up later tonight.

"Looks like this is our stop." Turbulence called out to his fellow Cybertonians once they had arrived to Nightscream's lab.

The laboratory structure itself wasn't as tall or imposing like much of the buildings in Kaon though it was certainly much wider, seemingly spanning into other complexes. The facilities were notably vast and varied, expressing a specific function to each one; Turbulence couldn't help but notice one of the structures playing host to a series of miniature towers and a complex array of fences and cell. He could only guess what that layout was meant for but for most things Decepticon-related, it probably wasn't good.

Seeing an elevator shaft reveal itself to them with its shudder doors folding back, Turbulence reverted back in his bipedal state and finally free of the annoying remarks from his internal readouts as they dimmed to silent whispers of concern. For a moment, the Autobot eyed the entrance to the elevator, scanning and skimming the cabin for any details that could present a trap or some sort of defensive system. While these Decepticons were in the same boat as he was, Turbulence was still unsure if any of them had agendas of their own. Nightscream was perhaps the only Cybertronian he was unsure and possibly skeptical of and Sklog honestly didn't give off any hostile vibes though the large Decepticon could pose as a serious threat if he ever felt unforgiving. Alas, he was perhaps allowing his soldier side get the better of him; it had barely been a single planetary rotation cycle since he re-activated and the last thing he had remembered was fighting his "former" opponents and that thought was still uncomfortably fresh.

"After you guys." Turbulence said to Prism and Sklog, offering up his placement in the elevator first before he joining them.

The elevator's decent was smoothly swift, reaching its destination in no time. Once the elevator doors retracted, Nightscream was already there to greet them before leading the trio into what immediately appeared to be a break room with recharge stations and an assortment of furniture. Not wasting any time, Nightscream had came up behind Turbulence and initiated a diagnostic scan of him. A bit of fair warning was something the Autobot may had appreciated as Nightscream's scanner nearly made him jump with his internal components twitching in response to the scan's frequency and non-harmful radiation.

The scan didn't take long and Nightscream concluded what his readouts were complaining about; a damaged motor. Thankfully that was the only component that was in need of repair or replacement as far as Nightscream's scanner verified. While she was off checking out the others, Turbulence decided to ready himself for the eventual procedure by pinging his maintenance clamps that held much of his external framework and armor-plating securely in place. Only Primus and the medics who operated on him before knew this wasn't the first time he needed repairs like this.

"Whenever you're ready Nightscream." said Turbulence with obvious eagerness once he was sure the Decepticon flyer was finished with the others.
I like Prime Shockwave more than G1 actually. The logic driven sciency tankformer is better than blindly loyal thing that turns into a gun xD + He created Predaking. Instant win.

I have to admit, Shockwave from Transformers Prime did not have enough screen. If anything, he was pretty dang menacing. Shame he didn't pop up on the latest show (sequel?) Transformers: Robots in Disguise.

G1 Shockwave is kinda...Odd. There are a lot of G1 continuities and much of the characters end up having different personalities and back stories though tend to flow through the same premises. The G1 cartoon Shockwave mainly served as military commander and scientist and later served as, well, basically an administrator for Cybertron while Megaton went on a Autobot hunting trip (you can say the Decepticons "won"). Through out the cartoon, Shockwave pretty much acted as tech-support for Megatron (whom comparatively 9and admittedly) was just a bit smarter than Starscream) and occasionally led Decepticon troops when needed. Basically, he makde cool stuff that everyone either blunders and breaks.

G1 Marvel comic Shockwave was something like Prime Shockwave but with more oomph, militarily speaking. Once more, a Decepticon military commander but a few issues in, questioned Megatron's command ended up in a successful power struggle with the Decepticon leader with an army he himself created. After Megatron committed suicide (yes, that happened) in response to the death Of Optimus Prime, Shockwave ended up leading the Decepticons for quite a bit of time until time rifts and insanity took place...Because comics. He actually ends up having a good ending with him renouncing his ways and becoming a peace emissary.
In regards to @Forsythe's post, I would be worried if Shockwave was still on Cybertron...

'Cause, you know...He's scary...

That and in other cases, he would be tasked with watching over Cybertron while Megatron was away and/or conducting several "uncivil" experiments which is cool and all when you have the entire planet to yourself..
"What...Oh, I see it."

Turbulence's visual sensors and GPS had quickly caught on to the object Prism had noticed diving through the dark clouds. It was somewhat impressive of her to notice something like that in the stormy ebony above them, especially before he did. Turbulence tracked the new anomaly but found no course corrections in its trajectory nor propulsion of any kind; it was likely the object had originated from some orbital wreckage like a warship or space station. It wouldn't have been surprising if Cyberton's orbit had formed a ring of artificial debris by now with all the vessels, platforms, and unfortunate Cybertronians that were destroyed in space during the war.

"Whatever it is, it'll impact well away from us. At present course, it should crash land somewhere on the other side of Kaon..." After making his report, Turbulence couldn't help but finally notice Prism had been driving down the main street for sometime now. After Nightscream's latest broadcast, the Autobot flyer had already traced the signal back to its original source; the location they were moving away from. Unintentionally of course and it was likely Prism was familiar with the Decepticon city by name only.

"...Take the next right here, Prism. This should take us directly to the lab."
Anyone still kicking here?
Apparently Turbulence potentially wasn't the only one who needed technical attention. Just ahead of him and Prism, Sklog in his animal alt mode was charging forward towards the gates of Kaon in an almost unstoppable fashion with the metallic ground shaking underneath every heavy footfall. However, the Decepticon Dinobot in the roughest of brief moments Turbulence had ever seen suddenly stumbled upon his form's small legs as if his Spark had been extinguished. Turbulence watched on, helplessly, as the brute collided with the hard surface and sand with such mass and velocity. To him, it was almost as if an energy mortar had gone off.

Miraculously, Sklog quickly picked himself up and continued rushing forward as if the incident never occurred, showing no sign of questioning the unexpected moment. Turbulence could only speculate what may have occurred; some internal failure was most likely to blame for the unusual happening aside from plausible structural or incompetence issues that could have added up.

Upon arrival at Kaon, Turbulence could see the rising towers and skyscrapers in the distance, overshadowed by the considered "natural" dark and gloomy skies that hung over the Decepticon City. Amazingly enough, there was no signs of any sort of damage inflicted by the long-lasting war; it was clear the Autobots had never gone far into launching a retaliatory offensive after the brutal invasion of Iacon. But with much of their faction leaders and elite soldiers now off-world, was there anyone maintaining one of the few still intact cities of Cybertron?

"...I see they've added more spikes." Turbulence openly added as they past through the deserted city streets.
