Current Cleaning day! Made a ton of progress and even found my long lost DS and my missing laundry card that still has a lot of credits on it. Found it in my winter coat of all places go figure.

Finally got into D&D. Now I feel trapped and I am in love. Should I ask for help or ask where I can get more dice?

Breaks ups are weird. Not sure how to feel about the other person, or about yourself. It hurts for sure, but it's weird and uncomfortable just how different things seem now.

Welcome to my profile! I decided I needed to update this, and I don't have much for updating... Only in a single role-play right now, so far it's going really well!

Hunter Monroe

Well, he seemed to be gaining their trust. Which Hunter felt guilty about because a moment ago he was debating on killing them for their food. He felt like shit for thinking like that, for getting desperate enough to have to think like those he had encountered. "Well Jasmine, Mila and Jace, it's a pleasure to meet you all." He did a really poor bow to the family. Then leaned himself back up. "Name's Hunter. And you all got lucky today, too many people if they were in my shoes would have taken the shot on you." He turned to face the store. "Might not have much, if anything. But if it has something we should be good. And it has a lot more cover out here." He turned to face Jace. "Cover we can use to avoid the real bad guys." He said smiling.

But he thought about the store a bit. How many other people have thought the same thing? There was always a chance of people inside, always. Maybe that was why the family was out here instead of inside a place they didn't know. "Look, I'm gonna go see what I can find inside the store here. Come if you want, or don't. But I am pushing my luck with what I have left." He looked Jasmine in the eyes. "I may need to load the gun again, I promise I won't use it on you or your kids, but there's no telling if there are any people inside. And if there are people there's no way of telling how they will react to my handsome face upstaging them." He said calmly before heading to the store.

WOO HOO! POSTING TIME! I must find some memes then I can try for a post tonight.
@Wraithblade6

The modern setting is really cool. Old time could be fun but modern is best in my opinion. Though the GM situation is a bit of a problem... I want to say I would do it but every RP I have GMed has... Crashed and burned... Even if it had good moments.
I kinda of want to jump start this. After re reading some things I did I realized so much more things could have been done to make the last few post better.

Actually... What is stopping another Reboot?
@Legion-114

Sure thing man. If you have any questions feel free to ask away, the notes are buried somewhere on my mess of a desk.
@BlackRose24

I am glad you think I am a decent writer, I just have to convince the people who I write for the same thing.
Staff Sergeant Hunter Monroe

So it has come to my attention that I may be a hoarder. As I remove the mattress from my bed I realized two things. One, I need a thicker mattress, and two, I have collected so many personal arms with a few arms from the small arms locker that it looked like a private armory. With two different types of combat shotguns and my own, several pistols, some blades, and even a carbine. And to top it off an old scoped rifle. It wasn't really much compared to our own sniper rifles but it had sentiment to me. I was ready for war without leaving my own bed. Even though most were civilian issued, I would still feel bad for the poor bastard that got laced with buckshot from any of those shotguns.

I heard the announcement about us going to save a civilian ship. I had mixed feelings about this. Yes, I am all for saving the civilians, but this close tot he border it smells like a trap. If it was me, I'd capture a civilian ship, and either fill it with explosives or some kind of virus. A virus that would take days, if not weeks to kick in. That way it would reach an outpost or a base, or more crew. Then use the potential cure or vaccination to gain better support if things got out of control. But that could be paranoia on my part.

I grabbed one of the shotguns in case combat did spark inside the stranded ship. Truth be told I would be against a mission like this, but I am not. These border runs were a lot cheaper for some people to travel, people like me and my family would use them all the time to gain the supplies we needed. On that ship were people like him, like his family, like his friends, people like him who are just trying to make a daily living. "Let's just get that ship going again. Then finish this damn war."

I walked into the bridge the shotgun resting in one arm leaving my other arm free to salute the commander. I wanted to bring up my concerns before we started our mission. Mainly because dying of coughing up my lungs sounded like a bad idea. Or by zombies. I mean we technically are so if I head one person say it's not possible I will shoot them int he fucking face to just prove them wrong. "So before we enter this ship we know so little about? What precautions do we plan on taking other then our standard issued gear?" I put the shotgun over my shoulder now. I didn't want to step out of my place as Staff Sergent to my commander, but I have had soldiers in my past unit who have dealt with situations like this. That was part of the reason I was kinda scared.
*refuses to give up* I've got stuff I have planned, I swear. It's just that life and lack of inspiration keep screwing me over. ;-;

I get the feeling, I am down to this and one other Role-Play for the same reasons. And school is sucking a lot too. But I get that. Good luck! I will stay on for as long as possible!
So this seems to have died...
Hunter

Jareth said his cheers as he was about to burn the picture of Hunter's Ex girlfriend. Hunter was ready to go through with it too, but as soon as the flame touched the cheaply printed picture he backed out. "Not... Not just yet. I don't think I am in a place to do that yet." He said with compassion in his voice. Not because he wanted to get back with Delilah, but because he still felt guilty about what he had done. "At some point I will, just not yet." After the awkward moment the two soon went to yet another part of the boat Hunter was not familiar with to get some Pizza. If anything could make this trip better is was Pancakes and Pizza.

Hunter sat down at the table with his pizza and a glass of rootbeer. It felt nice, it felt like older days when all he had to worry about was how to get to work without going to the hospital. Which gave Hunter an idea. "Did I ever tell you about the first time I rode my truck to work? It's an interesting story." He smiled after taking a sip of his drink. "So, I had spent months working at the local fair trying to raise money for a car back in Highschool right? So I finally got the money and well covering some favors at the demolition derby that weekend I landed myself with a a car that almost was able to pass inspection. Though before I could register it and get it inspected with the new repairs I had to get to work." He starts laughing well attempting to keep a strait face. "So, my mom who is worried that my dumb ass actions will be the death of me tells me I am going to have to use my bike to get to work again. And I'm here thinking 'Why the hell would I do that? I have a perfectly fine car sitting int he driveway!' So... After my mom left for work I did a little makeshift job on the engine so it would run with out breaking down." He kept laughing well speaking. "So... So, I also learned just how flammable duck tape was that day! I finally finished getting the engine to run and then rode off to work! Right when I saw the fair grounds the hood FLIES off the engine and fire starts spewing out of the engine!" He screams with a smile. "And I'm here thinking, OH SHIT! MY car's on fire!" He calmed down and took another sip of his drink. "There was another derby that week so the fire crews were already there. I was able to talk things out with them to get out of trouble, but mom was pissed. She took my keys to the truck and never gave them back." Even though his keys were taking he quickly learned how to get his El Camino to start with out them.

Hunter knew this story wasn't really relevant to anything going on, he just liked telling these small stories every once and a while. And he thought that flaming car stories were funny. Even when he was the star of that story.
