Loved the post! Do want to mention NYC isn't the only place hit. Just the one hit the hardest. London and (Somewhere I forgot because my planning skills suck) have also been hit, but not as much. Though hitting London will force the vampires who are in hiding to come out of hiding. Causing more hate between humans and vampires. So much fun!

Eric Miller

Eric doesn't like long car rides... Especially handcuffed. He eventually was given the key by Eli who was driving. And had a gun. Though he liked the idea of Hunting, though pistols normally sucks when it came to hunting. He especially didn't like getting a knife. What was he going to do with a knife?! Look scary? Wait... had he been recruited my government officials? no... They'd give him a gun or something. "I have guns? I could use one of those? Just back at my place?" but now the car was stopped.

After walking for a bit Eric saw the old mines. Being there though was.... scary. Not the miens itself. But hearing the voices coming from Eli's head right now (Which at this moment Eric was still trying to understand) almost made now seem like some sick horror movie. But then he was hearing a different tone. "...Uhh... I don't know if you're waiting for someone, but someone is here. And I don't think they are here for tea..." He couldn't tell what they were thinking either. He just needed more time on them. What he could tell though was they were not happy to see them. It's like when you hear someone who's language you have no idea how to understand it, but you can hear the emotions in their voice.

Eric could get a general direction of the person, but it was still iffy. Listening in on a person was hard. And this one was a way back still. "Maybe they overlooked us.... but someone is here man." Eric never told Eli about his ability, if he asks he will claim that he used his hunting skills or something. But right now he didn't like the idea of getting shot at again. In the same day at that. She, the person near by was a she. But she was tense. Tense people tend to lead to bad situations.

Working on a post, just having trouble getting it all done at once. I have tried doing it bits and pieces before but all that has done is make a hard to follow post. Tonight I will have one up though, that I can say.

Deon Erickson

Deon noticed a few things. One, he was outnumbered. Badly. Two, he was surrounded. And three, some of his opponents were actually a decent threat to him. He wasn't enjoying his odds. But he didn't need to win, he needed to survive and make his opponents feel like they technically won. He had less then a second to evaluate the situation. He had take in front of him, who he wasn't sure what she could do so taking her on first was a poor choice, plus in all fairness she would be one of the easier ones to take on. He could smell another vampire weakly in the other room, powerful enough to be a problem but manageable if it came to it. What got him was the thing next to him. At first Deon was thinking werewolf, fit the bill. But something was off. Hybrid? Had it been successfully done? And he not known about it? Someone in his research team was getting their asses beaten for this. Then he had to worry about Mithias, if he gets out before Deon finishes everyone else it will not end well for anyone involved. Deon included. And.... Kathryn? Another of his kin down here? Double crossing for a reason probably similar to Kate's. "Oh no you made me kill my family. Bleh, bleh bleh, bleh bleh." He's heard it a million times. Each time more annoying then the last. Truth be told he was losing track of how many people he's done that too, just became a thing of his.

His thought processing skills were fast, but his second was running out. He needed to act fast. His six shooter could do damage, but there's no telling how effective it would actually be. Especially against his lesser known foes. But he really only had to take on one if he was smart. The Hybrid.

Deon bent one knee down until he was only inches off the floor, using his other leg to drop the hybrid behind him in a twist kick. While his opponent was on the ground Deon forced his hand on the Hybrid's skull, then proceeded to screw up his mind. Deon used his worst memories, at least worse if he was even remotely human. using memories from some of his most bloody wars, putting the hybrid in his Deon's shoes. Mixing up the memories so the hybrid wouldn't be able to tell his own memories from the images that Deon put in his head. Using Deon's most violent kills, his most violent moments in history. Then he used the Hybrid's worst memories, then proceeded to "Edit" them. Placing the others in the room as the ones who had caused them. The whole process too about 5 seconds.

Deon stood up over his new "Creation". The effects wouldn't last long, maybe a couple minutes, then they'd be able to sort out fact from fiction. But for those two minutes, everyone else would have to deal with him. "Have fun mortal lovers. I have work I need to accomplish." Then he left, leaving the antagonist of his story to have fun with each other.

Kathryn Miller

Deon was warning Kathryn to leave, she wanted to, to did she want to. But leaving when there was only one door out would be.... difficult. But she was starting to hear the scuffle outside too. Things were getting intense and chances are she wouldn't be able to do much. But should she really leave him? Then the first gun shot went off, then a second. "Alrighty then, have a good life, don't die." Then she ran off down the hallway to see the thing she had been trying to avoid, her Father.

Hank Miller

The young vampire made a deal with him. The way Hank saw it she could kill him no matter what, but she wanted to make something out of it. Get some kind of entertainment. Hank hated those kinds of vampires the most. But Hank was dying, and he was running out of time. If he got the chance to kill Deon Erickson before he died he'd take it. No matter the cost. "Tell you what, you help me get to Deon, you can have what ever is left of me." Then he proceeded to the elevator. "Just make sure I get to shoot him." Then down he went. Not caring about his own life, the lives of everyone dying outside, only about Deon Dying.

Getting down to the basement was easy, seemed most the guards so far were dead or missing. Which is good, Hank had one bullet to spare. And that was for Deon Fucking Erickson's face. Deon was on top of another man when Hank entered. Right as he stood up Hank leveled his .357, making sure his disintegration bullet was aimed right for his heart. The head was guaranteed kill but Hank's hand was getting worse as he tried to move. "BOOM!" Hank's gun screamed as he fired. Deon had just turned in Hank's direction, not having time to react to the speeding bullet. Nor expecting it. Though the bullet didn't hit Deon's heart, it went right into his shoulder almost separating it as he struggled to stay in one piece. Now his focus was broken, the effects form his mind game would be cut short. But Deon looked at his left arm with a look that was mixed with hate, confusion, and just plain shock. He was still able to react with "Mother Fucker!" Deon was armed though, his gun was in his right hand, fully loaded, and ready to fire.

Deon raised his 500 Gram revolver from his hip and fired once into Hank's Chest. The massive bullet cutting right through Hank's vest and flesh, then out his back. Hank dropped to his back as the bullet pulled him away from Deon. Hank still aliveish on his back, was able to look past Deon, past the crowed, past his own anger, and see his little girl once more. Though he didn't approve of her outfit, he overlooked at because he had another chance to see his baby girl.

SOrry everyone for the lack of posts, I went away for the weekend expecting to have decent internet connection so I could post like... Friday maybe Saturday at the latest.... As you may be able to tell that did not happen. Sorry about that. I plan to get a post up tonight, or at least write most of it and have it finished early tomorrow afternoon so I can get things moving again. Sorry again for the delay, that was... really unexpected on my end and I will try to plan better. School's ending so I should be able to post more with lack of work with that. Sorry again for the delay.

AND BACK! Sorry I was away for the weekend and I thought I'd be able to be connected.... I was very wrong. SO I will work to get a post up tonight and I am game for some collaboration for posts! I did attempt to read through the post that happened since I went away though ti was a bit rushed, so sorry if I miss post anything while I post something up.
