ML-24 Makk SPG/Tank Destroyers and HK-27 Lehel MBTs are on sale for export. Both are equipped with 105mm guns.
If you have good relations with the League then perhaps you may even acquire HK-48 Zrínyi tank destroyers. Those are quite good for defense.

I'm looking at your culture/demographics section again. The demographics of Hungary are pretty similar to Madagascar, and the treatment of non-humans is similar (tolerated but not exactly accepted)...

I can see Malagasy Enterprises trading foodstuffs and luxury agricultural products in return for military equipment, metals, and electrical equipment. I don't see these nations as necessarily the best of friends, but a mutually beneficial trade relationship with a foreign entity that isn't really in punching range would definitely be good to Malagasy Enterprises.

...Of course, the corporate government would probably want to secure deals with Hungary which prevent them from opening similar trade deals with the Great Han. I honestly think the Great Han is going to be a natural enemy of Malagasy Enterprises just due to conflicting interests and border friction.

Thoughts?

As for relations, I'd imagine the UPC bought all sorts of goods from M.E.

Pretty sure that has mostly ceased after the UPC fell, it's only shores are not exactly safe for merchant ships.

Probably has ceased, yeah, though I imagine that some supplies are sent in support of... Hm. Could you tell me a bit more about the Legion of the Exalted One and the Separatists and Militia Groups?
Again, that stuff's waiting until Sunday or until everyone has posted an action - Actually, Mardox just posted, so I guess I'd best get started on my rolls! As for the trap enchantments, I'll discuss that... well, now, I guess.

I'm gonna send a couple PMs to folks and post the turn update tonight.
Okay, sheet finished and posted. I can edit population numbers later if necessary.

Does anyone want to work out foreign relations with Malagasy Enterprises before I do any kind of IC posting? I'll quickly go and add a section on what sort of goods the corporate nation has to trade if you'd like. It's largely agricultural products, including luxuries like peppers, spices, coffee, vanilla, chocolate, etc.

EDIT: Gonna make a quick edit on the Ogres in my nation. Reducing their population significantly, basically. 20% of the mutated population would mean 9.18 million. Gonna make them 10% of the mutated population, reducing their numbers to half of that.
Should I make another post regarding training or just let you post results?

Up to you! I'm content with knowing you want Titania to train folks. I'm just waiting for Mardox's action or for Sunday to arrive, whichever comes first.
@ShorticusFor populations, I took the modern day population of my occupied lands and lopped off an arbitrary number. This is after an atomic apocalypse, world war, and climate shifts, so it would probably be a big one.

Also, since your corporation had its hands in genetic modification, maybe they had a role in Project Moreau which led to the vast majority of Oceons? Just a thought.

Definitely sounds good to me! It had a different name back then, but it'd definitely be into doing unethical genetic research.

@Sigma I'm thinking of rolling with 153 million citizens. I took most of the coast along Africa's population, combined it with 10% of India's population, Sri Lanka, and a portion of Polynesia's population. Then I multiplied this by .3, reducing the number to 30% of the original amount, and then added 8 million or so to the number, resulting in 153 million. Does that seem fair?

Gonna add this to the nation section soon.
Fame is fleeting, yo.
The Quarreling Couple

Fintan and Aifric both look very relieved as they learn they will not, in fact, be sent on far-off adventures or made thralls. Aifric seems particularly grateful to Maire and Dunlad, outright saying she was worried for her freedom until they'd spoken up. She leaves, looking tired and still a little upset, but nevertheless is much more content than she was earlier.

Fintan is rather quiet, and he waits until his wife has left the room before he speaks. Then, he recites a poem on the spot about the mercy and honor of the Council of Aonghus, a surprisingly fine one at that. When he is done, he presses his hand over his chest and says ardently:

"I will do all in my power to show I deserve the kindness you've shown me, my kin. I will turn those boys and girls into legends. I swear it."

With that, Fintan leaves the clan hall, his passionate words still ringing in everyone's ears.

Word reaches the Council later that Fintan has totally dedicated himself to his new labor, taking great care of his pupils. The kerns compare him to a mother bear, and everyone seems pleased by this turn of events. The clan has more faith in the Council and in young Serheim's leadership, though the Tuad Rithe alone know how long this will last.
Okay, I'm back.

I have an action for Maire @Lexicon, so all I need now is an action for our resident Camvorite @Mardox. Once I have that, we can move forward.

I just rolled the results for this week's event and am writing it up now.

EDIT: Yeah, you guys rolled really high in this event.
Almost done. Gonna come back and finish the Races and Population sections later.

Like the Great Han, Malagasy Enterprises has several different ethnicities under its umbrella. They aren't persecuted in the "kill 'em all" way, but they tend to migrate off of Madagascar and colonize new territories (or re-settle their old lands as they're terraformed). Malagasy will also have its fair share of mutants, of genetically-modified persons, and probably a couple more monstrous species that have been born as a result of the nuclear apocalypse.

I don't know what to put for population numbers, though.
