If there's one thing that Fiorella is known for, is for always looking fabulous. Her makeup is done depending on the occasion (natural on her daily routine but all glammed up for outings), but her golden rule is to never leave the house without some mascara and lipstick or lip gloss. Her fingernails and toenails are always perfectly groomed, and her eyebrows neatly plucked. Her personal style is colorful, up to the latest trends and includes sandals (when in casual situations), high heels (which she looooves, wears them for outings), jean shorts, skinny jeans, sundresses, skirts, sleveless tops and bags (which she pretty much collects). She also loves to wear jewelry such as earrings, bracelets, rings, anklets and necklaces. However, the one thing you can count on Fiorella always wearing is a gold necklace with the nickname "Lela" in cursive (a gift from her grandmother) and her Pandora charm bracelet (a gift from her parents on her 15th birthday).
Fiorella has long, naturally curvy hair that she occasionally straightens and could be dyed any shade of brown depending on what she feels like. Her olive skin is tan 'round the clock due to basically living on the beach (and because the Caribbean sun is ever-present and unforgiving). She stands at 5'6" with a curvy body that's stereotypical of Latino women: wide hips, big breasts (36C) and big thighs. She has the basic earlobe piercing and no scars or tattoos. Another defining quality of hers is that she always ALWAYS wears perfume, and the scents fall in the sweet-fruity category.

To the world, Fiorella Aguilar is the funnest, most outgoing person you could ever meet. She lives and breathes energy, and charms every person in the room she sets foot in. She has an outstanding ability to make friends and make everyone feel welcomed and acknowledged. Beneath this layer of good traits lies a darker, more intense side or Fiorella. The most innocent of these dark traits would be that she's very impatient. She can be incredibly jealous whenever she sees something she considers hers at risk of being 'stolen', which brings us to the next bad traits: entitled, possessive, and controlling. Lela lives her life thinking that her best friends and partners belong to her only, and that she can have them do whatever she pleases whenever she pleases. Giovanni Aguilar (child of a Puerto Rican father and an Italian mother) and Marina RodrΓguez (100% Puerto Rican) had met through mutual friends at college and eventually fell in love during a study trip around Europe. The couple dated for a year after and married after a year-long engagement in which they had finished their bachelors' degrees. They decided to pursue graduate studies, which they did and achieved with honors while their first daughter was on the way. On November 7 of 1998, Fiorella Marina Aguilar RodrΓguez was welcomed into the world with open arms. She would be the only daughter of the CEO of the Puerto Rico Merk Pharmaceutical plant and the head of the Pharmacy department of said place.
Due to the nature of their demanding work positions, Fiorella was raised in the upscale part of Guaynabo (a town in Puerto Rico) by her maternal grandmother until she was old enough to attend school. The mature woman provided Fiorella with the love and attention only a grandmother is capable of giving, but was slightly blinded to her granddaughter's misbehavior. This fact would be especially important in Fiorella's life for various reasons: the first one being that it was her grandmother who gave her the 'Lela' nickname, the second being that Lela grew up thinking she could get away from everything, the third being she learned to respect elders, and the fourth being that she didn't have a strong authority figure at home.
From the moment she was enrolled at Puerto Rico's most expensive private school at pre-K (4 years old), Fiorella had been one of the most popular girls at school. After a rocky start because of the sudden change of being away from her grandmother, Lela made friends easily. Apart from being a social butterfly, Lela excelled in her studies (even when her school had an advanced bilingual curriculum) and even in sports. As she grew up, Lela became involved in whichever extracurricular activities she could handle, which gave her experience in pretty much every field. She performed in various school plays, participated in sporting and academical competitions, was a cheerleader, dancer, team player... All the while keeping top grades in her classes. To nobody's surprise, Lela was voted Senior class president, and worked her hardest to make sure her and her classmates got the graduation, prom and Senior Trip to the Bahamas they deserved. As a reward for all of her hard work during the course of her school years, Lela was accepted into Harvard's Biochemistry program. Her goal is to become a pharmacist like her mother.
When she reached teenhood, Lela started going out. It stated out innocent at first: pool parties, sleepovers, movies, bowling, shopping, movies... But by the time she was sixteen, Lela had gone to a few nightclubs, was the life of every party she attended and had a decent tolerance for alcohol. Though she enjoyed the buzz the drinking gave her she was always careful to avoid getting drunk. Because of her parents' positions at work, they often found themselves traveling. Whenever they did, they left Fiorella home alone, but always reminding her that she was not allowed to go out or have anyone over during the time they were away. Of course, being the sneaky teen that she is, Lela took advantage of the situation and threw parties that became legends at Baldwin School. And now that she was graduating in May, when her parents left for a trip in April, Lela took it upon herself to throw the biggest bash in all Baldwin School history. The party was in full swing: loud reggaeton music blasting through the sound system, people dancing in the pool, playing beer-pong in the dining table, having sex in the bathrooms... Everything you can imagine at a typical teenage party was happening at Fiorella's place. She had been busy making out with the older brother of one of her best friends when her parents suddenly busted into the house. Their flight had been canceled until the following day, and they've decided to come home only to find this wild party happening. After kicking everybody out, they gave Fiorella the biggest scolding of her life and threatened her with everything: not letting her go to her Senior trip, giving her Mercedes back to the dealer, cancelling the reservation of Club Brava for her 18th birthday party... In the end and after some research, Giovanni and Marina decided to send Fiorella to Camp Liberty instead of her going with them to Europe like they had planned. She was set to leave a few days after returning from her Senior Trip.
