If they were accepted, Ike would have (unless he forgot) put them on the second post of the OOC. If they aren't just pm him xD

Well to me Reincarnation could mean several things.

- Everyone being basically reborn in their new world in which they have to learn and grow.
- If they rebuild a seriously scum of the earth city to be reborn to one that is prosperous and powerful.
- or ironic in the fact this is a video game.. But they don't get reincarnated if they die :D
