My bad. As the first post mentions, there are a few people heading up to the surface. While it is somewhat safe to travel on ((disregarding the mutants, bandits, etc.)) There are hotspots where you would need a gas mask in order to proceed. There is no rule restricting characters ((I will make one if it gets out of hand))

Ceremony starts tomorrow like scheduled.

It's about to start in game so dragons probably should know about it. That's why some are getting seats now (cause the earlier you are the better the seats in any event)

I just read it. It's brilliant, because Cat messed up his perfect lines of tech at the same time, which would set Tony off too. Adds to the quality of the knock out.I can see it now. Dog's just gonna walk in like "aw man... I liked that one."
