After he calmed down, he noticed the new person. He didn't say anything to her. He just walked around the RV to where they were. "I heard something about a dragon? Will that thing still be a problem?" He said as his arm finally came back online, it automatically switched back to a hand, he stretched it out and moved it around, getting used to it again. "Fighting a dragon would be cool." He said.
When the RV was hit, Toby looked directly at the hulking piece of shit that was trying to flirt with Betty. "WHAT'D I FUCKING TELL YOU!" He loudly said. Knowing that something was bound to happen. He had no idea what hit them, but it was big. He struggled, but got his arm in a semi-defensive position and had his revolver drawn.
