Hero
Name: Toby Skinner.
Alias: Nuke.
Age: 21.
Appearance: His body is black, with his skeleton being visible through his skin, shining with a neon green color. He often wears a body suit that covers his body. The suit is comprised with an all yellow bodysuit, with a black Nuclear symbol in the middle of his chest. He wears no helmet.
Quirk: He has limited control over Nuclear energy. The more intensely he uses it, the weaker he becomes. If he does overuse his power, he will go unconscious for a few hours. In a last resort situation, he can use his chest piece as a cannon to blast his nuclear energy towards a decided target. This attack will instantly make him very weak, but still conscious. He can also irradiate objects, to make them corrosive or dangerous to the touch. He almost always keeps his power disabled unless in combat, in which he decides to not be near teammates, to protect them from his radiation. 
History: From his very birth, he was able to make things disintegrate just by touching them. Although, as he grew, this became increasingly more common, so they sent him to a laboratory to be tested on and taught about how to conceal his power. He spent his childhood and teenage years in the facility, learning and training just as a normal child, just around less people. As he grew into his late teens, and was fully able to control his abilities, he was released into civilization, and quickly wanted to make a name for himself, so he became a low level vigilante, taking out small criminals. He continued to hone his powers throughout the next year, and quickly learned many new ways to use it. Now, he excited to face something bigger. 
Faction: Hero.
Gear: Other than his suit, he always carries two gauntlets, which he uses to focus the radiation into his punches, he is also able to shoot pockets of this radiation, like projectiles, this weakens him with every shot. He also carries a blank name tag, for personal reasons...
Other: He is very sensible and thoughtful. He also makes very bad/corny jokes. 
Motto: "Ever fought a walking Nuke?"

Villain
Name: Unknown.
Alias: Twisted Metal.
Age: Unknown, but assumed to be in his late 20's.
Appearance: He has very pale skin, with militaristic pants, and metal bars, which are twisted around his body, yet don't stop his fluid movement. He wears no shirt, and his face is covered in a sheet of metal, with two eye holes. He wears black boots, and no shirt.
Quirk: He is able to control a special kind of metal, which is the metal which is wrapped around his body. He can expand, and stretch this metal. It is essentially endless. Although, is he ever becomes separated from the metal, he is immediately weakened, and susceptible to damage. His strongest attack, is when he surrounds his body in this metal, in a boulder shape, and quickly rolls towards, or even over, his enemies. When he uses this attack, he is weakened. 
History: Little is known about Twisted Metal. Although he was arrested once, and put through a psychological evaluation, in which he broke out soon after. But from the evaluation, it was stated that he could possibly have grown up around a family of mechanics. But, before breaking out, he shouted the line, "I'M GOING HOME. AAAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAAAA!" Then continued to turn into his boulder shape and roll off, although, he was heading in the direction of the lower end area, which could be a clue. 
Faction: Villain.
Gear: He normally only carries his metal. But, he also carries a bar of his metal, which he uses as a weapon. 
Other: He is insane. If you know Krieg from Borderlands, then you know how insane he is. 
Motto: "I'M GOING TO KILL YOU AAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLL."

Taking place during the time of the First Season of My Hero Acadamia. 

Not all Heroes go through schools like UA. But the most famous do. These heroes never had the chance to achieve the glory of the UA and Heroic Agencies. These, they're freelance. Saving who they please, and fighting when they choose to. They form their own teams and go by their own rules. 

Not all Villains belong to a League. But the most famous do. These Villains don't abide by rules or regulations. They do as they please, and who ever tells them otherwise will perish. They seek to create chaos, and become rich. They will stop at nothing to achieve what they want. 

But now and again, the two sides collide, and all hell breaks loose.
