Altera: Of Departures and Deliverance

It all happened so fast. Too fast. Despite being a Bladedancer, the girl had to put all her efforts into not slipping on the completely new terrain, leaving her undefended as moments later a blunt force catapulted her into the remains of the hut. The pain was, once again, on her side just as the few encounters before. For being supposed to not get hit she did an awfully bad job. Pathethic. At the very least, this hurt nothing like compared to getting one's face melted off.

Being in a position of having to struggle for her own life, rather than supporting the Light in her party, she could thank her reflexes of old as she twisted her body slightly to the side. Only a few inches more, and she would have been a goner. That was the message that the even colder feeling of metal, that brushed past her skin, was telling her.

Granted a moment of respite, as the skeleton's axe dug deep into the ground, the Bladedancer reinforced her hold on the ground with her back and arms as she contracted her legs, just to release them right after for a powerful kick, aimed towards the skeleton.

So if Yuno uses Defend 2 against the Soldier fire, it would still only affect the body part they are damaging, not the legs, correct?

Also, does the Goliath get another action this turn, or is the zero AP count not a thing for the sake of taking a turn?

There was only the enemy, and herself. Although even 'herself' became less and less of a thing. Or so Yuno thought for a moment, as she kept being fired, punctured, smashed, and bitten at until, at least, she heard both Greene's and Rose's voice. Did she even still have hears?

Nonetheless, while Greene's voice felt somewhat reassuring, it was Rose's sweet encouragement that filled her with determination. 'Yuu', it had a nice ring to it.

"HOOOORRRYYYAAA!" As the girl side-stepped the dog's attack, simply accepting the fire of the soldiers, her bright weapon burned with brilliance as she swept down on in the dog in one fatal motion. Precise, and deadly.

"Just die already..." Following that, the undead girl increased the output of her beam weapon as she made a step forward and swung upwards, her focus now on the towering Goliath that had already hurt her so much.

I've rolled a 1 on my convo check, which means my relationship to the target changes. Now, I've realized we don't actually have a relationship towards Greene in the first place yet, what to do?

Also, why does Yuno have 4 AP left? Or did chain-attack not use any extra AP?... I think that was the case. I can't check right now.

It was a weird feeling, if it could be called a feeling in the first place. It looked like neither pain nor the fact she was being slaughtered alive tampered much with what the girl was doing herself. After she had initially missed, Yuno increased the energy output of her weapon as she engulfed each and every single enemy close to her in bright light. Exchanging blows for blows, the Doll was an undead whirlwind of death.

As her brilliance faded to a lower output to focus on a single target, she simply missed as she twisted her body in a way to not get hit too fatally.
