Organization Name: The Seven Ninja Swordsmen Country of Origin: Non-applicable, the Swordsmen are a group built through reputation, not through national allegiance. Hierarchy and Focus: You either are a member, or you aren't. There is no hierarchy save the unwritten rule of giving respect to your fellow swordsmen based upon a combination of age, skill, and wisdom. A Swordsman can go his entire life without ever meeting the other six due to the nature of the group's reputation. He was only Robin for circa six months, then he died and went unseen for four years. The only people that know he's the Red Hood are Bruce, the family, and the Joker. Facial recognition I can maybe believe since he was never declared legally deceased by Bruce, but I doubt he'd be running around the globe under his real name, no?
