Personality:John is the classic high school asshole. He's sarcastic, and obnoxious, though both are walls to keep people out. He's incredibly loyal to his friends though, and he will do anything to keep them safe. He does believe that powers are to be used whenever and that they shouldn't be restricted.
History:John lived his life hidden away in his parents mansion. His powers were discovered when he was very young, when he was about 2 or 3. His parents were both prominent politicians at the time and so they hid him away, keeping his powers a secret from any rival politicians. When he was 14 he ran off, tired of being the shame of his parents lives. When he found out about the school, he hopped on a bus and made his way there, ready to start over.

John followed his team as they left the building, mentally preparing himself for what was ahead. He quickly made his way up to Captain and started talking. "So do we have any intel on who's behind the robbery or are we just winging it?" he asked, glancing to his left to check the Captain's reaction to his question as he kept pace with her.
John smirked. "I kind of didn't have a choice. He ran off after the radio announcement and he shoved this into my hand. He seemed nice enough. Little mad at me for ruining his spot to sleep for the night but whatever. Well if it is a tracker, we should keep an eye out for him. There's safety in numbers, and three Outcasts could be quite the team," John said, putting the chip back in his bag.
