There's no certainty that the new Gryffindor Keeper is a first year, though Gregory's kind of hoping its not a first year cause that would be lame. But I would suggest Oliver Wood's youngest daughter, because, well, a girl Keeper is a huge insult to Gregory and Nicholas would want to see that. How about for a name?Edit: And there should also be a Potter on Gryffindor's team. A Seeker perhaps? Then obviously a Malfoy on Slytherin. Suggestions suggestions.
I never gave any thought to a Wood being on the team but I love that. And I definitely wanted a Potter as a Chaser or a Seeker.
John heard the sirens blare and began to panic. This could only end badly. He ran out of the console room and eventually found some of the others with a raving Vitus. God was this the end? Was he doomed to die in this hellhole in the middle of the Bay?

John looked out the window as the train sped past rolling green hills, and the sun began descending from it's peak. He could tell that this was gonna be an awesome year. His cousin, Sirius Potter, had already found a replacement Keeper after Nick Gerret, a 7th year, had walked out on the team. He was a first year but that would be fine. Sirius wanted to win the Cup just as badly as he and Teddy did and all the other members of the team. He wouldn't pick a shitty Keeper.

John laughed as he recalled the little first year that Juliette had knocked out. "Merlin that kid was terrified of you for the rest of the year," John said as the train began moving. So this was it. His 5th year at Hogwarts would begin in less than 24 hours. John looked at the Remembrall that Juliette had pulled out if her pocket. "I don't think it's supposed to be that color," he said, smirking.
