Weapon(s): Sceolan now uses what looks like a wizard's staff as a walking stick, and could be used as a weapon if need be, however, next to the table Sceolan is always seated at, resting against the table-top with the point on the floor is a rusty sword. What looks like once could have been a great blade, now corrupted by rust and almost falling apart. It's not much good in combat but served Sceolan well for years.

Info: Sceolan is a half-elf male of an unknown age who is a now a permanent resident in the Hallows Inn, after having left for what seems like an eternity. Tales go that he was a Hero-King among men and women of all age and race in another World, having traveled there by a portal. Hero of a hundred battles and several wars, Sceolan does not talk much to anyone except Lazarus about his tale. Now a disheveled shell of the great elf he once was, his one wish is to see his home again before he passes.

Arturs stands in at an average height for the UK (his place of birth), standing at 5ft10. He has a lean, toned build thanks to plenty of physical activity but is not overly muscular. Dirty blonde with hazel/brown eyes is a unusual mixture but one that was bestowed on Arturs when he was conceived. He has a small scar under his left eye, Arturs actually has no idea of the origin of the scar but assumes it was from a heated fight on a night out. The scar itself isn't actually all that noticeable, at least not on first glance.
As an advocate of "Ink not Mink", Arturs himself has a few pieces with plans for more. His left forearm is adorned with a semi-completed half sleeve. The most notable parts being a crown on the inner wrist with the words "Make Me King" placed in single line format underneath.
When it comes to clothing, Arturs seems to wear mostly black and grey, especially for jumpers, hoodies, jackets, jeans and sweatpants. Arturs is a modest individual who doesn't enjoy blowing his own horn and can even be made to feel rather uncomfortable when receiving praise. His anger issues are out shined by his thoughtful, modest, trustworthy and self-sacrificing character but this doesn't mean you want to get on the wrong side of him. When pushed, Arturs is vicious and calculated believing revenge is a dish best served cold and has a "no fucks given" attitude to exacting his revenge. On a whole however (especially when he is stoned) Arturs is a delight to be around and will do his best to accommodate others.

History:
Arturs was born in Poland to a Father and Mother with state jobs. At age 7, while he never found out what was going on, it seemed like his parents lives were crashing down around them. Next thing he knew they were moving, not just to a new city but a whole new country. London, England is where Arturs considers himself to be from considering he spent much of his life there and there isn't much left to indicate he was from anywhere else. Brought up on a rough estate in South-East London, life was rarely easy. Particularly in his adolescent years where there was a lot of trouble with school and police.
Arturs left school at sixteen, shortly after his GCSE's and spent next four years surfing couches and putting rent sums together (often by selling Cannabis, Hash and the occasional pill) after having been kicked out by his parents. Four years of hard work and plenty of grinding late, Arturs made a life changing decision and upped and moved to the States, three years on we arrive here...

Jack Fincher
Jack stands at an average height of 5"9, he has an average build what many would define as slim. His most distinctive feature is without a doubt his grey hair, Jack's hair started to lose it's pigment from as young as seventeen and by his mid-twenties he had a full head of it. Other distinctive features include a scar on his chin (although often covered by stubble), from when he slipped poolside and hit the ground hard, with his chin.

Backstory:
Jack was never wealthy, born into the working class to a single mother many would have expected Jack to end up in jail or a menial job from actions taken in his adolescent years. However, Jack got a grip on himself and finished school, afterwards heading to college to study Photography and Journalism. Taking photos had always been more than just a hobby to Jack but a passion, he'd often take snaps of himself and his friends wherever they'd go as well as taking treks to strange and unusual places, often abandoned buildings looking to get pictures of urban art intended only for those who sought it.
Upon finishing college Jack took up a job as a barista for a short time. Still taking photos and trying to sell them online, the side of the street, anywhere he could really. When he realized that it simply wasn't paying up he found work as a freelance photojournalist and has been working at it ever since. From time-to-time when the pay isn't great, Jack has taken up alternative, secondary work from pedal bike couriering to laboring.
His real break came when on holiday in the Ukraine when he took a trip to the Chernobyl exclusion zone. Quickly becoming fascinated, Jack compiled heart-breaking and awe inspiring images of the abandoned city, red forest, reactor 4 and of course some of the silent victims of the nuclear explosion. The combination of images and story lead to a break for Jack with his book (mainly photos) detailing accounts of Chernobyl, Pripyat and the wildlife sanctuary it had become. His stunning images of nature reclaiming what belongs to it drew people to pay out 35$ a pop and while far from rich or even well-off, it's definite that Jack lives more comfortably now. Focusing mainly on his photography and freelance photojournalism work the story of "The Tickle Monster" as defined by the media has lead Jack to his next project, uncovering the truth before all else.
Theory on deaths/sighting of tickle monster of child:
Jack isn't sure what to make of all the theories surrounding the case of the tickle monster and hasn't really come up with his own. Keeping an open mind is what he believes to be key to solving this before anyone else and his determination is what makes him so sure he will.

Jack stands around 6ft even, he has brown shaggy hair and dark brown eyes, he's a lean guy, edging on the slim side. He prefers dressing in darker colors although likes plain white t-shirts and brown skate shoes or trainers. That's not to say it's all he wears but he definitely shows a preference to it. His teeth aren't perfect but not in bad shape either as stereotypes would suggest. As he's more often stoned than not, heavy eyelids, glassy and slightly bloodshot eyes are common.

Jack is an out and out stoner, he's relatively quiet until provoked but is well able to make and keep up conversation. Around friends is when he's happiest. Jack makes no effort to be the center of attention because it's of no interest to him. He's also the type of person to keep things to himself, not only making him a great person to tell a secret but tends to lead him to bottling things up, anger, sadness. While Jack wouldn't necessarily refer to himself as a party-animal it hasn't stopped him attending stuff in the past. However, you'd be more likely to catch him at a pub with a couple of the lads and girls.
A nice guy and the type to do anything for his friends has lead to incidents in the past of being used one way or another. Since then Jack's circle has been small, he keeps a handful of friends but plenty of acquaintances is the way he looks at it. After the death of his father two years ago Jack hasn't been the same as usual. He spends less time outside and around friends it seems, keeping to himself and smoking a lot more, often alone in his room accompanied by a spirit or liquor of some sort. Plays a lot of guitar and sings, going busking when he needs some money.
Brief History:
Jack was born in Dagenham and has spent his whole life in Dagenham, his father a soldier and his mother a nurse. Jack's early life was fairly normal, and relatively happy. As a kid Jack was a very outgoing person, always making new friends and generally just a bubbly person. It was in his early teen years that he began to develop more into the person he is today. At age fifteen, Jack lost his father, the memory of the soldiers at the door to explain to his mother, her being so distraught that she fell to her knees, weeping. However the feeling was short-lived as she re-married less than a year later to a electrician, Jamie Foster who then moved into Jack's family home with his daughter Lauren. After a lot of drama resulting from acting out and getting in more trouble, Jack left his home and was homeless on the streets for about two months as a runaway before being brought back by police. Since coming home family life has been unbearable for many in the house. His mother and Jamie argue all the time, about a lot of things and the family environment for many reasons is more dysfunctional than ever. Jack doesn't let it bother him too much, or at least he believes he doesn't planning on moving out as soon as he turns 18. Jack left school with no GCSE's and right now doesn't plan on going back.

Lauren's personality leads her to being easily able to make friends, she sees people for what they are and is good at telling characters. Due to her airy way of speaking and acting at times, many think she is out of sync with reality at times but in reality she is probably one of the most philosophical people. Lauren loves deeply but can never seem to find anyone who can love her in the way she needs. The fact she loves so deeply and wants so much is perhaps why she is not the healthiest of those mentally.
Brief History:
Lauren's mother died of cancer at a young age, leading to her not having a mother-like figure in her life until her father married Jack's mother. For over a decade her father mourned for her mother and it was obvious to Lauren, perhaps having an effect on her personality and mental health. She's close to Jack's mother who sees her as her daughter. In her early life Lauren was bullied a lot at school and found it hard to make friends although this changed as she got into her teens. While still seen as an outcast she is very good at making friends, particularly with people older than her although she has friends her own age too.
