I think she is misunderstanding what we mean by 'use'.

Power armor, efficient ships and weapons and possibly feed the power to the queen if the she wishes.

This creature has an abnormal amount of raw magic energy. So much that is it causing her to be sickly and yet is keeping her alive and that it could potentially power a a galaxy...though that is just an estimate.
