Nope, the little amount we do have was because of the influence of humans. Even then it is mostly tribal.

We just don’t need to have a full society. The more humanoid Digimon tend to have a home that either is the same or mostly resembles a human home, but nothing like this. In the end we are still kinda like wild creatures, just some are more intelligent and sentient than others.
