Fubuki's fighting style revolves entirely around the defense and evasion, Diverting and blocking attacks to tire an opponent than strike with multiple soft blows. Defense and evasion in her style. She is extremely agile and as such she diverts a lot of hits of any kind with a simple twist and flick of her wrist. Besides that, she is also someone who takes time and analyze her enemies to find and strike a weak point. As such she will feign a lost and retreat to find it out. A lot of her style seems to be grounded with defense and evasion and her weapon choices it makes it that more obvious. Her fighting style is based after dances and she uses dance maneuvers to evade and attack her enemies.

The user first creates a large field of water than launches themselves into the air usually by using the opponent as a spring board kicking themselves into the air by this the user is normally spinning By this point the water is spread creating a area of water around them. Afterwords Creating a large water drill around the foot the user would than slam down on the opponent before landing and thus causing the water to than crash on the opponent. Leaving them open for further attacks. This Jutsu was one of Fubuki's personal creations and due to damage caused and the sheer amount of chakra needed for it. Though her first successful attempt at this resulted in a brief hospitalization due to her exhaustion leaving her in a near catatonic state. Since than she has gained control over it though can only use it a certain amount of times.

This is more along the lines of a gen/nin jutsu hybrid. What it does is by using the mist created by her Yatsufusa she manipulates them into the shape of swords and once she sheathes her sword it causes the blades to fall down. It is a more along the lines of a illusion since the blades falling down are not actually there but rather is actually just the mind perceiving them to be there. The mind causes the most damage that they feel if it hits. Beyond that jutsu is easily dodged in the fact that the main part is her sword getting Fubuki to drop or let go disperses or preventing her from sheathing her blade works as well.

Fubuki has a calm composure when making decisions and deciding on actions while fighting. She has great leadership abilities, is smart, decisive and effective, but lacks common sense about “unnecessary” things that her father never taught her about. She is also very unyielding in her views and refuses to give any thoughts to any views that opposes hers. She can say cruel things and make harsh decisions without really feeling remorse since she believes it what her father would want. Due to her upbringing, she judges the worth of an individual based on their capabilities and the results that they can achieve, rather than on their money or connections. She thus believes that the most capable individuals should lead the world. She is near obsessed with her sister going through great lengths to make sure she is is safe. She is also a compassionate person caring deeply for those she cares for though she puts up a cold front that can come across as arrogant to protect herself. Beyond that she is somewhat of a glutton eating a lot of food without gaining weight really. She has been shown to carry a brown sack of sweets with her outside of battle that she has been known to eat from as a indulgence.

This odd thing is her most of her known jutsu's are often the opposite of her known style yet she manages to fit them into her style easily. The girl is a prodigy though it is hard to get her attention at times due to her finding it boring and or worthless. The girl is somewhat cold and can come across as arrogant though this has been shown to be a mask. Also while she is confident in her skills she believes that her status as prodigy could easily be taken by someone who is works harder than she does. This has shown that she cares though she seems to lack the knowledge on how to properly express it.

Fubuki's childhood years are non existent due to a strict father and even harsher teachers where any sign of weakness was quickly and effectively beaten out of her. Training started when they saw she far ahead of other children already able to fully comprehend what they were saying at the age of four. Taking that as a sign they took to training her long and hard ranging from multiple subjects they deemed useful. She learned everything they put in front of her at a quick and fast rate where in the end she even proved to be better at it than her teachers. When she proved to be able to channel chakra without help in unlocking it they doubled their efforts drilling harder all their lessons to create a "perfect" heir. The elders of the family did not care that what they did might be to hard or not all they wanted was to push their status to be equal to the larger name clans such as Uchiha, and the Hyuuga.
Though this eventually came to a stop when her mother gave birth to her younger sister when she was ten years of age. The main reason for stopping Fubuki's training was to try and focus on the new "male" heir that was her cousin. This though was a large pushing point for her she figured she was "deemed" weak to her new cousin and as such pushed aside. With these thoughts in her head and her mother's sudden death a year ago. She took it upon herself to raise her sister. She did everything she could and doted upon her like no others though this was frowned upon by the rest of the clan to them it looked like she was trying to prove that her sister was better than her cousin. Thus at certain times she would be "kicked" out of the compound on the orders to socialize with her soon to be peers. At first she tried taking the order by heart though her cold and no nonsense attitude drove many away from her. Her sister though always remained first despite this and their efforts to make her forget about her. Thus instead of trying to play and make friends she went to library where she read all the books she could about the rest of the training she was denied. Than when she couldn't access the higher level books she formulated a plan and through months of careful observation noticed small times when no one would be on duty. She took those times to to sneak in and take certain books on old "famous" ninja's it was there that she studied their histories and techniques learning from famous figures in the long past as "Kisame, and various Mizukages of the past. Learning from their known histories and skills and creating a training schedule around that to "recreate" some of their techniques. She would than take those and teach it to her sister when she had time.
Eventually though she started the academy and almost right away she went straight to new sections of the library she had access to and no longer had to sneak into. Using her new status to advantage she searched and recorded any new knowledge she gained. Her growing fan club she had in school was ignored unless it had a benefit for her in the end though she has taken time to try and teach them some things. She excelled at most topics they put at her. Beyond that upon reading history and learning the new things that happened she created and formed her dream for her it mattered now of status or money just their skill and strength. Where though even in less fortunate circumstances can raise and gain power creating something for themselves.

Hotsuin family is odd all things considered, While they are a small clan they all rather have a stern view of things and it seems that the standard outlook of the strong is fairly common within the family.

Fubuki dreams of a world where there is no violence and those that are strong aid and help the weak. In doing this there is a method where people always helps each other. Though what she fears is that in trying to create this world people will only look to the strong to solve their problems instead of trying to solve it themselves. Her main drive for her dream seems to revolve around her urge and need to protect and guide her sister.

Description:
Yatsufusa is specially designed as a defensive weapon. The Katana Dual Blade Sword has a lot of names and Souba is one of those names. The Katana Dual Blade Sword has two blades that are placed parallel to one another. These blades are separated by a very small distance. Moreover, Fubuki can use the souba to disarm her enemy. The majority of the blade's hilt and tsuba is red but she has tied two black ribbons onto the tsuba of the sword. Yatsufusa is made from a chakra metal alloy and once chakra is channeled through it can create a scarlet mist that can paralyze her foes. Beyond that she can further manipulate the mist for jutsu "scarlet mist perception"

Shinji has a strong sense of pride and dignity, and considers keeping his promises as his utmost concern. He has a fascination and complete obsession with sardines, believing sardines have allowed him to gain some of the power he has lost after a near crippling injury he had. Beyond that though he can be oddly charismatic and can make many a person to believe him a times. Beyond that Shinji is often found talking to people he believes he can trust. Despite his odd quirks he tries to be a person people can count on and even if he fails he will get right back up again.
【History】
Shinji comes from a long line of Yukimaru swordsman(samurai) and despite being around the same age as others due to a injury during a mission he cant fight as well as he used to. Taking on a instructor role he hopes to teach the next generation to achieve greatness. He received the injury to complete a promise to someone and refused to back down till his teammates escaped though in doing so he injured himself. Though he can still fight if he pushes himself to hard and or far he loses strength in his arms causing him to drop his sword.
During that mission Fubuki assigned to that team became overconfident and tried to take on the ambush herself. In a effort to save her Shinji pushed her back and fought off the ambush long enough for Fubuki to regain herself and help him. Though this came at a cost and Shinji suffered a grave injury. Gathering enough strength to push the ambush back Fubuki carried him personally to the hospital where after being treated he was told that he won't really be able to keep up with being a front line ninja. Taking that into mind he was later put into a instructor aide role teaching the new generation. It is here he makes a promise he would regain the strength he loss and repay his debt and in return the class was to do their best no matter the cost. Though after the whole affair he gave his sword Yatsufusa to Fubuki.
