Five years have passed since the trans dimensional conflict of Aleister Crowley had been put to an end. Few knew of these events and the handful of people who were caught in this collision are now living their lives in peace. Many have moved on, or have stayed to their roots. Kiyoshi is now a teacher, much like Kenobi five years ago. The conflict has been put to its end, but the darkness that surrounds Academy City hasn't diminished one bit. Even now, Aleister's plans go into action and those who work for him never stopped pursuing their dreams. In this new age, Kiyoshi will lead his students to a path like no other. Will this be their greatest achievement or their demise?

General Rules:

• No godmodding
• No perfect characters (Mary Sue and Gary Stu)
• Listen to the GMs and Co-GMs
• One-lining not acceptable
• Beware the gore. Take whatever smut to PMs.
• Respect everyone. Please do not argue (OOC. Do what you need if it is IC)
• RPG rules apply.

Must Factor:

• Some humor. As long as you have humour, all the other requirements listed aren't as important. Not really needed but this is lively factor!
• Some knowhow of A Certain Magical Index and/or Scientific Railgun series. It helps in the long run (as long as you have seen the anime and manga, you have just as much canon information as I do ^^ just ask or wiki the rest and novels the better.)
• Read the opening posts, please. It'll help all of us in the long run. A summary is available for those who hate walls of text
• A regular posting schedule. I don't expect everyone to post everyday, but if you're going to post periodically and infrequently, it'll only cause problems with the people RPing with you
• Last but not least. Charisma and Cooperation.

The characters in this role play are basically split into the three classes: Normalish, Espers, and Magicians. All three have their own set of perks. Upon completion on the sheet, I'll wait a sum of hours, 'bout a day before accepting the sheet. During that time, you are free to change whatever you see fit. Once I formally accept it, you are not to make any more edits, unless you get direct permission from me or a co gm. Make sure you fill in the reason for the edit part. If there are problems with the character sheet before I formally accept it, I will tell you.

Magic Name: Typically a Latin word with three digits following it beyond that the name should be ideally matched to your style of magic. (ex. Ignis999 (fire magician with 999 holding a meaning for the magician)(For Magicians)

The Academy

LEVEL 5'S ARE LIMITED IN NUMBER also not that if you wish to be a number five please state so and your char shall be looked at. There will be 10 level 5's and only 1-2 will be introduced per arc.

For now magician level will be limited to just Sorcerers till further notice. There are of course those that are at the supposed level 5 ranking of magicians but right now they are a select few people.

Judgment "Public Morals Committee Member" is a term used to refer to Academy City's student-based disciplinary committee. With that said if you want to be a member know that there will be times where you are sent to handle people who are "misusing" their powers so be warned. Also beyond that they can not officially take people into custody though they can arrest them. They are still civilian patrol officer and are often used in community services, such as cleaning garbage from the streets (when cleaning bots are unavailable), helping locate lost objects, traffic duty, etc. And yes this will be happening from time to time if you choose to be part of Judgment.

IMPORTANT NOTE THERE WILL BE NO IMAGINE BREAKERS. Also try to avoid out right cloning of chars from the anime please.

It occurs to me I forgot to add something so here it is for your char sheet please label yourself as MICRO or MACRO

Micro is focusing on a singular subject matter will generally have more precision than others but is generally weaker on pure power
Macro is focusing more on a group of people will lack precision but generally has a bit more on terms of pure power.

To make things easier for mages there is a homebrew ranking system since the original is a bit wonky
Spellcaster, Magus, Witch/Wizard, Sorceress/Sorcerer, Archmagus

Addendum

Kind of broke my own rule so I will be trying to limit the level 5's now so as to not make the first arc a curbstomp. Beyond that I will be saying on thing if you are new and wish to join unless your are transferring from Acca than please keep your char under level 4 we have enough of those as is. "Well it all depends on how you want it to work and how you want to set it up. The first thing would be setting up the basic framework you will need this will range from a durable lens to act as a way to showcase the information than finally a ear peace of sorts to attach to the lens and hold on your ear. From there you will need the hardware/software needed to hold the needed information that will be processed onto the scree as the info you want." Cian said as she crossed her left hand to hold her right elbow as she pointed explaining what was needed as she crossed her legs. "For example my idea I need to get the basic goggles as you can see plus a headset to relay everything. From there I will need the required software and a way to synchronize Byakko to the headset so it can display the information I want." Cian continued as she looked at Luke lecturing him on what was needed. "Still I suppose all that said if you really need help I will be willing to aid you. N-n-not that I want to anything just you look so helpless without it." She said with a slight blush crossing her face.

This was bad the radar showed not one but many so she was unsure on which was what plus with a field like the desert than she couldn't use her stealth to advantage due to the blowing sand. With a small sigh she charged forward at the nearest blip on the radar she had to play it by sight since she couldnt hear anything over the blowing wind. Charging forward she tried to look for the sandrock but saw nothing it was a decoy. With how it was and her left arm was already damaged from the smg there was nothing she could do but wait it seemed. With both scythes out and in front of her she held them close to her to guard against any attack as she stood and waited for the gunpla to make its next attack.

"Yah Byakko was my own personal project something I am really proud of in the end. Guess if you want to put it that way than yah I am in my element." She replied back to Luke as she was finishing the last touches that was her headgear design for the class the goggles was multi function set up which was pretty much the easy part since she could easily take the software she needed to add to it from her Byakko which had it already installed since it was always mean to connect to something like the goggles. "So whats your idea for the headset for this class Luke?" Cian asked as she tilted her head to see the scouter design he was trying to sketch out. It seemed to be based after that old cartoon dragon something she remembered boys used to watch all the time. Still a interesting idea but a bit rough still to each their own she figured.
