Noire landed on her feet in her not so biased opinion in a very elegant matter. Though it seemed that not everything was going to be sunshine and rainbows. Since it seemed that staring at her was this universe's version of planeptunes cpu candidate which thankfully seemed to be going well since she recognized Uni which was good. Since it seemed this version of planeptune had a active military or at least defense force.

"Look we mean no harm" She said trying to stop any potential violence from happening. Despite this she was ready to fight should the situation arise alternate version of Nepgear or not should they start firing she would fight back.

Personality: She can seem to have somewhat of a princess type attitude. Often holding herself a bit higher than others. Not out of conceit or the like though. In fact she is a caring person just she holds herself to high standards and as such strives to constantly meet them. This gives her somewhat of an unapproachable air. Though she cares for people she refuses to do things for them rather coaching them to do it themselves. Beyond that she is a bit of a romantic seeking for a "strong" person to sweep her off her feet.

History:
She was born in Atherny Ireland. Though after her birth she moved with her mother to Japan. She had a standard childhood and her interests no matter where they were sparked was often encouraged greatly by her mother. It was due to this that she was introduced into Judo from a fairly young age getting classes from the time she was 8. When she was 13 her mother was killed by a driver in a suv. A lot of her childhood despite its relative happiness though hid something dark. Her father held a secret holding a connection to a lot of the underground world. Working as a mercenary for any family with the largest pockets. Though this was hid from her and even after her mother's death caused her to stay in japan at her fathers wishes.

She hates getting her hands "dirty" due to this she often relies heavily on her illusions to try and make them knock themselves out. Though despite this and her odd weapon choice she is more than capable of fighting close range should it arise. Her skill in judo makes up a large majority of her close combat knowledge. As such she is more than able to defend herself pretty well. Though she lacks strength she makes up for it in her agility and flexibility.

Levi took deep breaths her charge stopped midway. While she did end up colliding with the suit she stopped all the less what reason was she fighting? To end the pain? Yet it was only a brief solution at best. Though it seems that despite the battle going on things was going to change just not the way people thought. As she was thinking about it the battle around them suddenly stopped as Zeon was forced to retreat due to something that happened on the ground. With their hasty retreat they in the long run left some pilots and the like behind this was nothing new it was war and as such mistakes are made and in rush and the turmoil of battle. This was no difference. The few people in the space battle left behind in the turmoil that was the aftermath. Yet it was not just one side that made the mistake in the long the vaunted EFSF with their quick advancements in face of adversary was just as prone to making mistakes. Like human debris they were left behind pilots on both side who fought and bleed for their goals left nothing more as debris littering the scape.

Noire let out a soft sigh it seems that her main worry was going to be overturned for naught. "Very well I guess Kei can handle managing Lastation for awhile." Noire said she wanted to keep her sister safe but if everyone else was going to do let their sisters go she might as well jump on the bandwagon. "I expect you to make sure to safe and show just how skilled we are than Uni" She continued looking at her sister. Despite her misgivings with Neptune she had absolute trust that if the going to rough that Histoire would send Uni back.
