@Frozen Did I say I was bored? The difference between you and Draco (despite having more constructive input into his OOC than he does) is that you said you are running a roleplay. This one is not being run. It is drifting nowhere until GM decides he has time for us. I hope you stay on the GM's good side frozen. @Draco Like I said, if you don't have time for it don't start it up. I made an Int. Check for Deadland four days ago, I have 4 interested people. I expect that it will be up and going in another 4 days give or take. You're not doing a very good job for your "first" advanced roleplay hosted all by your lonesome. Also, throwing out someone because they are unhappy is the way to deal with things? Don't think you're being a little spiteful? Maybe in a little too deep? I will gladly accept that banishment and start anew, elsewhere, with people who know what they are doing.

@Anima :: When you think of weapons thing of fallout without the plasma/laser. If you can scrap it together out of metal then you can have it. Weapons will be ammunition / projectile based. If anyone has a laser it won't be very powerful, as the focus for one is extremely pricey and rare. So think far into the future, but not so much advanced in the weapons department. Because of the unification around the globe, they focused less on military might and more on science and metallurgy. Basically the metals are advanced, stronger etc. If you have a weapons idea please, let me know. Far into the future, but not much change in most technology. Some increases in the optics areas, metallurgy, vehicular transport (you can make shit up if you want too, just be practical with it), medical, food and water, solar technology.
Mostly know it's about rebuilding with the scrap left behind, re-learning before our advances are lost.
As for the people, that's entirely up to you. Anybody you create will have both strengths and weaknesses and I will have opportunities for both.
This is not just your average zombie game. There will be fast ones, big ones, little ones, flying ones, round ones, tall one, four-armed ones ... and that's just the zombies. (Are you afraid of spiders?)
The only thing I haven't talked about in the int. check are the Millennium subjects. (Those lucky bastards).
There will be communities and wanderers. Once the OOC is up I'll even let everyone pick where the want to start (In the U.S). Depending where you start will be the challenges you face. Kind of like a slice-of-apocalyptic-life-and-adventure-tragedy-drama.

The myriad of powers some of these characters have is ridiculous. As for the phoenix I say take away the resurrection, yes its lore friendly and cool, but is the shapeshifter the phoenix or the does the person simply take that form?

So just to recap.
She can manipulate energies around her (? what energies are these?) to create force fields, fires orbs (that explode), or blasts of kinetic force. She can also enhance herself physically, but no more than a minute at the moment, which suggests she can do it for longer periods of time. She can also use these mysterious energies to create illusions by distorting reality and creating a domain where she can bend it to her will.
Additionally she can heal people and animals, using that mysterious energy. Though since it is implied that she will get better at manipulating this energy (reality disortion?) does that mean she can say ... heal a life threatening wound? repair a leg? regrow tissue? I'm not sure.
Still going on the list powers, she is physically vulnerable. Uhm? No? She's not? Human form, above average physically, half-fox (I bet you like nekos too lol :P) average physique as apposed to .. a normal human? And her full-fox form is unstated, which doesn't matter because if you get to close she's just going to smash you with her 9 fuzzy battering rams. Because those retain a high level of strength. Which also DOESNT matter because catching her is a problem too apparently. You might as well make this one immortal too.
Force fields in their own right have immense roleplay application already.
Exploding fiery tennis balls have a decent application.
Bending reality is a bit much.
Subjecting bent reality to you will is also a bit much.
Healing people and animals is stacking that power list high, but with room to improve this to be stronger.
She is also perfectly physically capable of
A: Being extremely difficult to catch
B: having an above average physique (I don't understand how this diminishes when she shifts)
C: Playing baseball with your face via her tails and their high level of strength.
D: Enhance herself physically so she doesn't break a sweat beating you to death with your own legs. But it can be improved so she can use your legs to beat multiple people to death.
Synopsis: It feels like you want to top-out all other characters, or perhaps read to heavily into Japanese lore. I didn't bother with the biography, I assume the gm read it an has approved it. I'm more concerned with the levels of super saiyen everybody is trying to make their characters. I plan to look at everybody's once the CS's are posted on the main page, because I'm too lazy to hunt them down.
Advice: Don't try to be so diverse and powerful. Pick something and stick with it. The more complex you make your power scheme the harder it is to balance yourself out. I went simple, athletic and lightning, but i also have a reasonable list of negative attributes that make my character challenging and fun to play. (in my eyes) If there is anything wrong with it I fully expect to be called out on it.
