If it’s out of your hands, then it deserves freedom from your mind too.

Ah, I see. I hope someday we find out the how and why. But I do like that it's kind of an open-ended thing, you can just 'create' as many 'shifters' / 'towns' you need story wise, because you never really specified anything, I appreciate that because I do the same thing in Deadland.

But thank you for enlightening us a little. I will let you know of any other ideas I have.
If you wish, unless it's story/plot-breaking I don't really require you to edit your post, but that's all up to you. I just try to help everybody be the best that they can be, and I hope to get the same in return.
No no, the pointers method worked nicely. I'm talking about your post.

When you got to the scene where the crazy mechanic and eli converse, you kind of just generally skipped it. I was saying, in my opinion, it makes for a better post if you add it in to your post, since you know what Eli is going to say to her.

Aeonumbra said
”You,” He said, pointing at a the literal definition of a samurai, at least she looked like one. Hell she was even Japanese to boot, ”Why exactly are you here samurai? I doubt it's honor.” Eli said, blatantly throwing that jab at her. She seemed to take it stoically, unflinching.

”"The reward, mainly. Good materials are hard to come by, so getting a cut of 18.000 credits that I can use? No way in hell I'm gonna say no to that." She glanced away, just for a moment as she spoke. It was a curious tell, something you looked for in liars, but Eli was no interrogator, despite the charade he was putting up.
"What makes me think you won't become dead weight" He asked, staring at her intently.

"Mention one guy here who can repair a weapon on the field should it get damaged. Right, I thought so. Plus, a sniper is never deadweight, nor is someone who can kill without a sound." She said haughtily, apparently quite confident in her abilities. He also liked that, confidence. He moved on.

A conversation has two perspectives, and this only shows the conversation from Eli's side. We have no idea what your character's thoughts and emotions are. Just mine.

By adding the conversation again in your post, we'd then see if from your character's perspective, which helps us build a better understanding of your character, while furthering character development.

It's more of an "in my opinion" thing, you don't -have- to, but I feel it makes a better experience. You don't have to edit this post, I just wanted to give you a pointer/tip/suggestion/etc.
Here an Idea: What if our character were just the 'first' pilgrimage? What if every so often a new 'herd' of people would wake up in the field?

Hoping it doesn't conflict with what you have planned, or maybe you already thought of that. But I was thinking way down the line, if we get a town set up, it could be a sort of 'holy' thing, like have a festival on the eve of the arrival of the new comers or something. Anyways, just thinking up ideas.
I like the post Kapu, though next time we do something like this you should add in the dialogue because it will show perspective from your character, rather than how mine perceives her.

Data I just want to point out Kapu agreed on letting your character have the gun, and 7 to 8 bullets.

Anyways, solid post Data. If you ever need any tips or something let me know :)

Kapu have you thought about advertising for another player or two?
No worries, I appreciate the check-ins :)

Planning a vacation is hard -.- ... my brain hurts D:
No problemo, looking forward to it. You're good until Wednesday at least :)
It will be, but I'm out for a couple of days, my girl is down. We're planning a vacation to vegas, phoenix, and cali and chilling.
So pathfinder, just in case you do come lurking back. I for one, as a GM myself (since the days of WCIII: Frozen Throne, my clan LOTRP ftw.) I feel most of us would really appreciate the fact that you don't feel the drive to be here. I really don't feel it's personal life, I don't feel you "don't have enough time". The "Two hours" you spent making a post, wouldn't happen to be a CS for another roleplay would it?

Don't get me wrong. I'm not attacking you, I just feel in the future you should just be honest, nobody can be upset for that. We like what we like, but making a plethora of excuses just really isn't cool, and it's aggravating to those of us who are actually serious about this because it holds us up. All this time could have been spent looking for someone to fill your shoes.

P.S: I've been stalking your posts for about a five days, it's nothing personal, I just prefer honesty above all else.
