Why do people say ‘I saw it with my own eyes.’ Do they ever use someone else’s eyes?

Blitz followed closely behind Sir Elric as they made their way into the Hollow Hall. His expression was one of somber curiosity. Sir Elric never in the mood for jokes or shenanigans seemed fouler than usual. When he saw many fairies already within the hall and some arriving he nibbled on his bottom lip slightly.

What could all this mean?

He could see faces he knew, some he disliked, and even some of interest.

Blitz attention however focused in on the queen. She was not here usual bright and cheerful self. She almost seemed worn thin. Like butter scraped over to much toast.

He frowned as she spoke, and the frown deepened as she finished. This sounded an awful lot like responsibility.

It was a word he hated. Even if he could not spell it.

Yet Blitz had always liked the queen so maybe he could stomach the notion depending on what she said next.
I will try to have something tomorrow! Time has been flying lately.
@Cat22 Are you on the right account? I don't see a character or a post from you in the IC.

The Weeping

Location:The Melting Pot, Paragon City

The Weeping frowned slightly as he took in everything going on in front him. This was not the room he had been aiming for, but it was probably for the best. Fat Tony's office would be shrouded in darkness and might frighten the young girl. Glancing down towards her he tapped her shoulder, and she opened her eyes and looked around before smiling at him and ran off. He watched her leave the building from the window and saw her go down a different ally and crawl into a makeshift tent.

He gave out an exasperated sigh, but it sounded like a combination between a hissing of steam. Causing a slight shuddering from those still in the room, though the teens seemed ready and eager to leave. The Weeping's eyes flickered back towards them causing them to freeze as he studied each of them. After a tense moment of silence The Weeping vanished into a shadow his final words still lingering in the air.

Not a statement but a command.

"Fetch Garrett and the others. I need to speak with them."

He stood silently in the dark office for what felt like maybe ten moments before he began hearing movement coming up the stairs. The old man Garrett was up front followed by three more individuals. These four were the unofficial leaders of the Melting Pot. Some were shoved into the role by their peers much like in the case of Garrett while at least one of them just decided he wanted to have a say in things. Garrett cleared his throat as he stepped away from the group still not clearing the threshold into the office.

"Youse called fer us?"

The Weeping considered his words carefully.

"Things will be changing soon Garrett. Some people are going to be coming looking for me."

He could hear one of the ones in the back sucking his teeth. A much younger man though still quite middle aged evident from the graying dreadlocks. "I knew dis man wood be nuttin but trouble." He however quieted down slightly when he saw The Weeping looking directly at him.

"I know you four have more say than most in these slums. I don't ask you endanger yourselves for me, but if anyone asks. You know nothing."
Blitz laid on Bill's back with his arms resting behind his head. His charges were all asleep. They made horrid night company. This whole going to sleep when the light goes down is quite frankly for the birds. He had grown accustomed to it long ago however as he watched the star lit sky.

The fairy could feel his body changing. Various features warping into place as his skin stretched or twisted. Despite many calling him lazy, he took to training his skills fairly often. His blue eyes drifting down to his forearms that were now encased in a brownish carapace. Closing his eyes with a tense expression he could feel it slowly beginning to travel across his body.

He strained slightly before sighing as he noted that the armadillo like armor stopped at his waist. Seems completely encasing himself was still out of his reach. As the armor melted away like mist Blitz iris's began change color as the pupil shifted from a circle to a slit and the world around him seemed to sharpen and the color spectrum dulled.

It was then that Blitz heard the voice before he saw the old man.

“Blitz Star.” His voice echoes in the young sparrow's home, the graying man having let himself in.

“I have a task for you.”

Blitz quickly rolled himself onto his stomach before his wings eagerly flapped and set him down on his feet. This was a strange, timed request. The moon was still raising high in the sky and there was work to be done?

"Sir?"
Honestly. that is how I made this name. I just randomly shouted Tally Ho! because its like forward!! Then I was like well not everyone is gunna know this old phrase. So lets just change it a little....

Also writing the post as we speak.
I am hoping to have a post up tomorrow. Between dying light, silksong, and now silent hill. My free time is way overpacked new game hopping.
When I saw the 4th picture I was like this guy better be voiced by Tim curry.

Now I fully imagine him having a victory and saying.

Also random side note. I love the internet.

"Mr. Punt"

"One Hole Wonder"

"The Clubber"

These super villain names have potential.
Well I tried to look up the name of this beastie. What I got were bald men and golfers.

So I'm fully expecting a evil bald human with golf magic as the final boss.
