A word of warning, though. He is very powerful, and will be used as such. However, I plan to have him as a more of a sub-NPC than the other, who will be playing a role in the story.
This new one will, but he will be used sparingly and with deadly efficiency. If the Black King believes she can take him(?), then she is more than welcome. I doubt she'd have any problem doing so.

I'm now very tempted to make a member of the green legion, or unlegioned, who uses time dilation to alter their movements.
