The golem boy flinched as the flames engulfed him and Jenso for a split second before dying down. He let go and floated away quickly, only to see Jenso with his fists on fire. "Hmm.." The golem didn't seem too surprised. Then again, was he even capable of emotions? It didn't really matter. The golem floated farther back and rose both its hands with their palms facing Jenso.

The real battle began now.

The boy didn't allow Jenso any leeway at all, not even enough for him to free his arms. "Useless words. Speak no more. Sleep." He droned on. Jenso's entire body began to freeze over. His strength wasn't nearly enough to overcome the golems precise magical body. Without the heat from his arcane network, he stood no chance.

Jenso narrowly evaded being frozen in an instant by the boys attack, but his foot merely knocked the golem into a midair spin, dealing no visible damage. "You have no mastery over your element." The golem, when upside down, dove upwards into Jenso and hugged his entire body with his own, and began to overpower his fiery will with his oppressive ice powers.

"Shut up."

With that, he flew towards Jenso at top speed and pulled both his arms back, flexing his icy muscles and thrusting them forward towards Jenso, unleashing a wave of cold energy.

The boy rose his hand. As Jenso got closer, he lost more and more control of his arm's movement until it stopped completely. "Foolish boy," he taunted, throwing Jenso's arm away, and by extension, Jenso in his entirety.

Jenso's attempt to weave past the icicles was haphazard, and one of them was embedded deep into his left shoulder, but in his risky dash, he landed his fist on the boy's mask while he was busy trying to score a lethal strike. The mask flew off into the air and pulled the cloak he wore with it, revealing the boys entire body..

He was a crystalline humanoid golem. His body refracted the light like he was made of glass, and his face was human-like, lit up by the orange core within it. His hands also glowed orange, as did the area around where his heart would've been if he were human. The golem flew several feet back and stopped in midair, several feet off the ground with its head focused on Jenso. The strike wasn't as strong as it might've been if Jenso's heated aura affected the boy.

"Golem ice is harder than steel, human. I will make quick work of you," He hummed, raising a hand. The spike in Jenso's shoulder began to glow, and dissolve into his bloodstream, freezing his entire left arm in an instant. "It will not be painless."

The icicles stopped in front of the boy, and turned upright again. He spun around, and the ice rotated around him. Then, he extended a hand, and they boomeranged past his body, and towards Jenso like a machine-gun, one after another. The boy stayed locked on and made sure to be as accurate as possible.

Jenso Narrowly dodged the boys icy dagger of a hand, and struck his stomach hard. His heated hand quickly lost its power though, and although he burned away part of the boys blue cloak, he did not seem to inflict any damage on.. What?!

His stomach was blue like ice, and see-through like the rest of the golems. Was he a golem as well? An intelligent one? Madness! "Return," The boy muttered, landing a few feet back from where he was struck. The icicles behind Jenso made a distinct Snickt! sound and flew back towards him in a row once again.

The boy twirled in midair diagonally, dodging Jenso's kick and arcing his right hand out like a hook as he spun around. He approaching jenso while spinning diagonally and aimed to dig his right hand, which he covered in a thin coat of ice, into Jenso's left shoulder.

The seven icicles from before embedded themselves in the ground behind Jenso and created a line of spikes.

The boy phased backwards like he was floating on air and conjured seven icicles that spun around his body like a horizontal shield. "Is that so?" the boy inquired sarcastically. With a raise of his hand, the icicles all lined up in front of him and shot towards Jenso in a line.
