I feel like Myriad Reality is somehow the secret glue holding this entire site together

People like to nudge aside the fact that there's a level of commitment to hosting, and joining an RP. The majority of players don't have it in either case, regardless of how interesting an idea is.

I've been gone so long that I forgot what the status bar was like. It's like coming back to an old apartment, except it's not an apartment anymore, it's just two walls and a lot of heroine addicts.

A figure became clearer among the rubble as Bruce and Jenso neared. It was human-like, clear like glass, with several orange cores scattered throughout its body. At its feet, there were the ashen remains of a construct, and the figure seemed to be prying something out of its side with its bare hands.
~ Chapter 93 ~

Entity..?

Bruce and Jenso foudn themselves outside, in the middle of a rocky area, but there was no temple in sight. Instead, there was a large plain area, surrounded by steep walls, with what looked like ruins at the center of the small clearing.

~ End Of Chapter 92 ~
The whole 'waiting on others' idea tends to Murder RPs outright 70% of the time, in my experience.
Luke turned to Jenso in shock, but didn't say a word. He looked at his men and women, who backed away from the encounter and looked up them, horrified. He turned to Jenso and creased his brow. "I'm not takin' back anythin," Luke growled, turning away from Jenso and stomping towards the eye of paradise.
"Lark?" Luke muttered, "Lark.. That's it, that was the bastard's name.. Son of a gun, but he didn't even know about you either. Feh, Elise was always like that, keeping secrets and expectin' everyone to spill the beans. Fuck."
"Who knows," Luke mumbled, lowering his head, "She never really explained it. Never explained anything to me. I think it had to do with all the death and suffering down here. We fight as an invisible force of right, but we've killed, and been killed. I've lost so many men and women, killed so many people myself, it's... I guess it's not suited for a lady of her standard, or whatever. Maybe that's why she left me, after seeing all the blood on my hands... Ha... Ahh..." Luke stopped talking for a second, choking back tears with a loud inhaling gesture. "But it's fine. I'm not sure where she's at now, but she's definitely not in Orobo anymore. Haven't seen her in ages, not since that old ass hole stole her away from me," Luke barked. "Stupid fucking... Him and him dumb ass bird.. If he didn't come along with his cocky attitude- Bah! He didn't even stick around! Fucking disappeared! Some bullshit about being linked with his people or SOME SHIT!" Luke stood up and turned around, smashing the picnic table with his right arm. "Damn it.."
Luke's face flashed from excitement to blankness as he turned to Jenso abruptly. "Your mother?" He asked, but knew exactly what to say afterwards. Luke was a big man, it took a lot to put him off the wagon, so he often acted like he was smashed for the sheer enjoyment factor. He cleared his throat and rested both elbows on his knees. "Your mother.. Ah, she was a tough woman. Lived in Orobo, with her brother, Bobba- You know him already," Luke nodded. He realised what that meant a moment later and shook his head. Turned out that Bobba Jr and Jenso were actually Cousins, not that it mattered in the least. "She helped Bobba out with all of his magical studies, got kind of ancy when he would leave for months at a time for the paradise. 'Course, Bobba couldn't tell her were it was, but he also couldn't keep it a secret. So, I offered to show her the place myself, and make sure she didn't squeal. Haha, that was a big mistake, or maybe it wasn't?" He mused, looking at Jenso for a moment. Luke was already rambling, showing exactly how drunk he actually was.

"Your mom was uh.. She was a spirited woman. Never took no for an answer, never backed down, and never wanted to hurt anyone who aint asked' for a hurtin'. She reminds me of you, a little, actually.."
As Jenso got back up, the entirety of Diver's paradise roared with happiness. "THAT'S MY BOY! NO SILLY SPIDER OR STUPID SNAKE WILL TAKE DOWN THE GOLDEN HERO!!" Luke shouted. He moved next to Jenso, patted him on the back, and took a seat at one of the nearby picnic benches to rest his lungs. He'd been shouting all night, after all.
Luke grabbed Jenso' arm and pulled him high into the air, standing much taller than him, so that everyone could get a better look. He pointed at his son with one arm and shouted as loudly as he could.

"THREE!!!"
