People like to nudge aside the fact that there's a level of commitment to hosting, and joining an RP. The majority of players don't have it in either case, regardless of how interesting an idea is.

I've been gone so long that I forgot what the status bar was like. It's like coming back to an old apartment, except it's not an apartment anymore, it's just two walls and a lot of heroine addicts.

Luke reached forward and grabbed Jenso by his shoulder, spun him around and hugged him tightly. "Yeah... Yeah I will," Luke croaked, choking back tears, "Thanks for everythin' kiddo. I know you'll do great things." He released Jenso and paused, reaching into his pocket. "I think I'll leave the adventuring to kids like you now," He said, revealing the small book written by Bobba, and a small pill. "I'm gettin' too old for this treasure hunting business, haha..."

Farewell, Until Next Time

The next morning, Jenso was lead by Luke to the tunnel that lead for Corona City. Nobody else came with him to send him off. It turned out that all of the seismic activity was affecting the tunnel system at various parts. Fortunately, the route to Corona wasn't impeded at all. Bruce had left as well, headed for Tech-Mo to join Jeff's hero guild. At any rate, Luke looked to Jenso, stoic and proud.

"Well, here it is," He said, blankly glancing at the tunnel and waving towards it with his open palm. "You'll come outside the other end outside of Oar bay, the docks of Corona. The city isn't very guarded, as the area itself it reportedly safe... Usually. Haven't had any news from there in months, though. We prefer not to interact with them for obvious reasons." Luke paused and shook his head. "Actually, we just unsealed the tunnel last night, for you." Luke looked awfully tired himself, as if he hadn't slept at all. He yawned and blinked a few times.

Luke turned to Jenso and sighed. "You're gonna do what you're gonna do. If you're anything like me, I'm not gonna be able to convince you otherwise," Luke grumbled, patting Jenso's shoulder. "But, there's one thing that you should do." Luke pointed back upstairs and looked at Jenso angrily. "GO TO SLEEP! YOU'VE BEEN AWAKE FOR 36 HOURS STRAIGHT YOU STUPID ASSHOLE!" He shouted.
"Alvios Maeti," Luke grunted, trudging his way back upstairs. He picked up the small book that he'd scribbled in and glanced at Jenso solemnly. Without another word, he headed back downstairs, waving his small book around. "Forgot this," He muttered, while leaving the room.
"Don'r worry about it," Luke said, standing up and heading down the stairs. "I'll be back later. Rest up."
Luke shook his head almost immediately, drowning out all of Jenso's rationale. "No way," He answered, cutting Jenso off, "Not Tech-Mo. They've got their own connections, and all kind of fancy-shmancy tech. They don't need my tunnels," He grunted, "Last time I trusted somebody, it lead to a goddamn war."
Luke's smile didn't fade. He walked over to Jenso, supported his weight, and began carrying him towards the Eye of paradise. Two other Divers rushed to Bruce's side and moved him in the same manner.

Within a few minutes, Jenso and Bruce found themselves on the second floor of Luke's tower, where three beds were already prepared. Bruce and Jenso were laid down to recover, with Luke overlooking them alongside a few medics. The medical staff, as it were, tended to their wounds subtly, while Luke overlooked the two of them, looking into his book as well. He took out a pen and scribbled all over the page that dictated the purity amulets.

"Well, so much for that one, Bobba," He mumbled angrily.

Scars Never Heal

Jenso and Bruce made their way back to the Paradise as quickly as they could, limping through the neatly-laid walkway, and dodging the debris created by all of Bruce's seismic activity, along with Prisma's gigantic body shaking the earth. Fortunately, the tunnel was well constructed.

Luke, and all of his men, stood by the entrance of the tunnel and cheered as Jenso walked through. Luke smiled and nodded, concealing a small injury that befell his left arm. "Ya done it, kiddo. Haha, ya really done it," Luke said quietly, beneath a blanket of cheers.
The battle was won, another step forward towards defeating the ever looming threat of the order. But what of Vale and Dacer? And what was Prisma talking about? There were so many unanswered questions.

As Bruce and Jenso left the clearing, devestated by the battle with nearly no survivors left, a looming presence gazed upon them from a safe distance. It bit into its lip angrily, keeping its eyes fixated on Bruce.

"This is not the end."
