@Ryonara You're thinking of the Daimyo V-2. That's what she jettisoned out of, and tried detonating at Graffdaka. The entire mech.

She's currently in the original Daimyo V, which she flew in spare, got in while she was beyond the edges of the battlefield and came back to the battlefield in.

Also, please don't. I really don't want Miyu's character arc to be delayed by another two or three battles. That's why I'm letting myself resort to this sort of metagaming ass-pull power power up. It's bullshit and we all know it.

*Also, funnily enough, she was initially trying to put two on the V-2, but decided against it when she didn't have enough engineering skills.

Miyu

And then the Teleporter Room exploded.

While the Daimyo's reactor wasn't capable of going fully megaton yield critical, it was still quite capable of overheating its reactor for a more kiloton-measurable yield explosion. Now, it was a fusion core, which meant the operating temperature, was in the multi-million degree Celsius range during normal operation. When it went higher than that, and dropped containment, the result was the heat sending the Daimyo's parts apart at rather absurd speeds outwards, as the armored metal deformed like a cell-phone in a microwave, only sped up several hundred times and explosively seperating. The enclosed room and the hallway outside were bathed in both kinetic and thermal energy far in excess of what the teleporter would be able to survive and still function, much less "still be distinguishable from molten metal mid forging process". The walls would burst outwards, and depending how far above the forge room they were, Miyu might have just blown up the treasure too. Shizuka, Flos, and Titiana would have their work cut out for them.

Had Miyu really managed to predict these things this far in advance?

@Ryonara Friends, certainly, but Miyu's been shown to betray people she likes a lot more than that.
@Lonewolf685 If they're effective to the point where I can go ahead and stop playing my character now, then, enjoy having a weaksauce mecha pilot. I'm sure you can't just literally build those out of nothing.
@Ryonara Guh.. Why does everyone have to work so hard to try to convert/steal Miyu? Seriously, Henry twice, Grafdakka once, and now Shizuka? What makes her such a tempting prize when you KNOW she's going to backstab you?
@Baklava Are we only going to have one opportunity during the whole quest?
@Ryonara When I built a character with the premise of someone being able to out soul-manipulate the Angel of Death, that got shut down pretty hard.

Also, if you cause Miyu to fail at her plans to invite everyone to her birthday party, despite that, I will be quite cross with you.
@Lonewolf685 Miyu did not start Machina. She is an angel who stole some Machina tech.

Anyway, my reasoning there is you can't pretend to work for another side, kill yourself, and respawn behind enemy lines. Angel of Death respawning Miyu still in heaven is a piece of evidence for her still being on there side.

I think.
@Baklava An opportunity, by the end of all this, singular?
@Baklava If 10 minutes is gonna make or break the difference, we are toast, unless the Shadow Temple warps us to the next one at the end of this.
