Her name she chose for herself is "beautiful monkey goddess".... Hmm.... That said, she seeks challenges, mysteries, adventure, and freedom. She rarely thinks about the consequences to others, but when she does, she is fairly kind, wishing to help others reach the same level of freedom Měihóu enjoys. Of course, often the level of freedom Měihóu enjoys requires a certain detachment from the rest of the world, which is one of those pesky consequences. She freely gives out secret techniques, Kekkai Genkais, complete body overhauls, and memories that can irrevocably alter peoples lives.【
History】
What makes a person exist, what constitutes a life? Is it their bodily presence? Is it the stories told about them? Is it what they've done? Is it what they've experienced? Is it their innate tendencies? Perhaps is it some ephemeral soul? All of the above? None?
Měihóu as a person is questionable, as is any of those touched by her power. Her body can be a human with monkey accessories one day, and an jackal with painted eyes the next. Her memories are subject to her own whim, can one really be the same after removing regrets like writing in the sand washed away by the tide? Even her own tendencies without memory can be changed, trickster one day, warrior the next.
Bargains and deals with Měihóu are ephemeral things as Měihóu herself is ephemeral. The being you bargained with one day, may no longer exist the next.
So truly, what is the history of someone like this? Do they really have a history?
Well, while all that philosophical meandering is nice and all, Měihóu as she currently is has set herself up as a relatively consistent person for a few years now.
For one, she ghostwrites autobiographies for people. She uses her Meditation of Absolute Analysis to record their entire memories of their existence, and then writes it up into a snappy autobiography over the next few weeks. Those who don't mind the invasion of privacy get to have their autobiography done with only an hour of reclining in a comfy chair.
For two, she is a cosmetic surgeon. While rewriting memories has both tremendous power and tremendous danger, taking a little fat off the love handles (or adding it back on) pretty much doesn't have any negative consequences. She can apply any tattoo design with absolute flawlessness and no pain. For those who, like her, have a particular appreciation of the natural world, she can add animalistic aspects with little difficulty or danger.

Měihóu can upload the ability to use other Chakra Natures to herself via memory, or change her fundamental nature. But for default operation, not expecting combat, she keeps the knowledge of Lightning release just in case while freeing up the rest of her system.【
Abilities and Special Traits】
So, the basics of Měihóu's techniques is "True Transformation". Anything she has schematics for, she can permanently transform things into them. This includes memories, chakra, bodies, and Kekkei Genkai's.
Law of Distance: The further something is, the more energy Meihou has to expend to transform it.
Law of Likeness: The less change she is making, the less chakra Meihou has to expend to transform it.
Law of Willingness: Měihóu cannot transform an unwilling target. Things without wills entirely, like inanimate objects, are fine.
Preservation of Matter/Energy Limit: Měihóu's ability can transform someone into someone heavier than themselves, or transform someone into "themselves, but at full chakra." However, doing such an unbalanced transformation puts the burden of the energy cost unbalance upon Měihóu, which makes it a rather unwise endeavor to transform a small child into a fully trained grown adult. This is basically the Law of Likeness again, clarified.
Memory: Měihóu can edit memories with this ability, simply transforming the brain. She can add the memories of training or battlefield experience to a young novice, or remove weary sorrows from the old veteran. Before you jump at the chance to have twenty years of training implanted into your head to master a thousand jutsu, realize that this will probably change you into a completely different person, or drive you insane. While Měihóu can generally make small edits, especially to recent memories, without fundamentally changing you, the larger the change, the more likely your personhood as a whole will completely change. But, of course, if TRULY all you want is one thing, Měihóu could make sure you remember that one thing, as she recreates the rest of you into what she considers the perfect warrior.
Immortality: Měihóu can indeed render herself immortal with this technique, reversing the aging process on herself. However, while Měihóu has put significant effort into memory miniaturization, she still can't contain an immortal lifespan's memories in a humanoid body. Not to mention the common memory transcription errors of her transformations combined with how commonly she transforms herself. While Měihóu's body is quite possibly hundreds of years old, her mental age as one consistent "person" is far more limited, and any memory past twenty years is incredibly unreliable, much less a hundred.
Physical Power: Měihóu's physical form is of superhuman strength, speed, and endurance, without having to waste any time training thanks to her power. Of course, practically every decent ninja's is. She just doesn't have to work for it.

Description: Měihóu's big staff is used as a sort of cache for her transformations. The inside is actually tightly rolled layers with microscopic information. She uses this to store information she doesn't mind if it gets blowed up. Things like "They want me to put this tattoo on this person, so I'll copy that tattoo into my staff then onto that person, because I don't want that using up space in my head." She also keeps a supply of basic combat information in there in case she wants to switch styles mid battle, like suddenly becoming an Earth Style user, she's got Earth Nature Chakra knowledge and some basic universally accessible earth jutsu in here, and so on, so forth.

Weakness: Has no effect on unwilling targets. Transforming something into something "bigger/richer" (person into elephant, person into themselves but with replenished chakra) puts the extra burden of making up that difference on Měihóu's chakra reserves. Unless the end result of the transformation is simpler than the beginning state (thing into broken version of thing, memory into oblivion, person into statue of person), requires extremely detailed information about the end state (such as from Meditation of Absolute Analysis).
