"Ugh today's so boring!" Kasi yelled while she sat with her legs crossed on top of the lake's surface. The water rippled as the Kitsune guardian stood up and stretched before she began to walk to the shore of the lake which was glittering with blue and white swirls of sand. Only a few days ago had a storm rolled through her forest caused by Kasi having a rather bad day which in turn caused her magic to go haywire at the time, but the damage that had been done such as the broken limbs of the trees and the disfigured beach had long since been repaired by those living in the forest and Kasi herself. As soon as Kasi stepped onto the sand her form changed into her fighting formand began to jump from tree to tree waving at the residence as she passed.

Kasandra loves the world of Lazulis, the fresh air that leaves you feeling rejuvenated, the clean water which fish freely swim in, and especially the clear blue sky the spread off into the horizon, it was the perfect place for her race as well as the others that dwell in the other biospheres on Lazulis. She jumped her way up to the top of tree canopy to where she could look up into the sky, her large ears perked up and swiveled around as the sound of running water broke through rather loud sound of the wind. She dived through the top layer of leaves and grasped a branch on the way down to break her own fall. She landed on her hands and knees and took off towards the river.

As Kasi ran through the forest she took great care to try and prune some of the flowers and fruit plants on the way, as well as grab some of her favorite fruits from high on the trees. The shiny midnight black skin of the star shaped fruit was devoid of any blemishes and the inside was a bright red that seemed to absolutely drip with juice, this was why she loved them. Kasi slowed down as she ate the fruit to not choke, and just walked until she reached the edge of the river where she sat and just dipped her the tips of her tails in the flowing water to cool off.

Kasie stood at the top of a tall sand dune with two other random kids that had what looked like sand boards. "Dude she's insane" whispered one boy to the other after he looked at the strange girl's feet to discover her wearing Rollerblades that had the sand seemed to slightly vibrate away from the wide wheels. "I know, this will be the easiest money we'll ever make" the other boy said before placing his board on the ground, "Okay the first on to the bottom of this Dune wins all the money in the pot, got it?" the second boy asked Kasie. Kasie didn't give a verbal answer, she just leaned forward a small bit and gave a smile that sent a small shiver down the first boy's spine. The first boy lifted his hand up and began to count down from ten, when he reached one he dropped his hand and the second boy took off down the dune at a breakneck speed. Kasie gave the boy a head-start of about 4 seconds before she suddenly tensed up and the sand below her solidified into stone for the split second before she launched into the air over the edge of the dune's cliff. She stayed in the air for a solid 3 seconds before she began to plummet towards the boy who was still blazing down the dune side, she landed right beside him and tore down the hill past him with the sand hardening and ahead of her and turning back to sand behind her. When Kasie reached the bottom of the dude she sat and waited for both boys to get down, at which point she took the money she was presented and walked into the fairgrounds after storing her newly aquired funds in her socks where it wouldn't fall out.

Kasie had actually been at the tournament for over two days and had decided to stop here before going to the academy and she didn't regret it. She had been making some friends as well as some enemies though the main thing that interested her was the fighting that was to be had, she already had to beat up a few trouble makers as well as muggers. "This is just so FUN!" she shouted as she rolled down the walkways past others until she was right next to the Inn she had decided to stay in after she had entered the tournament.

History:
Kasie actually grew up in the no-man's land of Arcadia after her family along with a few others decided to move there to separate themselves from the chaos. Her grandparents as well as her parents decided to stay completely neutral in the world.

When she was about 14 Kasie was exploring with her father and they came across an absolutely decimated camp that had been ripped to shreds. They dug around the area and had come up with something pretty valuable, an unused Tome, as soon as they found it Kasie's father handed it to her and its trim immediately changed to a fiery red and orange color while the covers turned a very dull shade of orange.

After she obtained her Tome it gave her a reason to ask her parents to help her train since they both had their own tomes. After two years of training in their remote area of civilization, the Shea family allowed Kasie to leave Arcadia and join the academy in hopes that they had prepared her enough and hoped that she could choose a side for herself.

Personality:
Kasie is what you would call a wall flower, she loves to observe people from afar though some also call her the friendlies and most out-going person you would ever personally meet. When she makes a decision she won't take no for an answer, she only has two emotions excited or quiet though when they are there she does them to the extreme.

Tome:Rumbling Stratos
Kasie's Tome takes the the form of the clear cube of glass with a ruby-like jewel in the center when it is idle, she usually has it hanging from her hip on a chain within easy reach. To activate her Tome all Kasie has to do is wave her hand over it and the cube will begins to disintegrate until it is only the ruby. After the cube is completely gone the skate will appear on her feet. These are no regular skates, they are mechanized and are powered by magic which allows Kasie to ride in almost any land environment as well as in the air. Both Kasie's idle and active tome allows her to manipulate vibrations but only in her active mode can she use the Tome to ride on the air as well as to be more offensive. The wheels can transform into different styles of wheel depending on where she is riding.

-Rumble Edge:
The wheels on Rumble Stratos begin to vibrate and this increases not only Kasie's kick strength but also allows her to use the wheels as blades to cut down enemies.

-Quake Wall:
Kasie vibrates the molecules in the air or whatever substance is near and creates a wall by changing how slowly the molecules in the substance moves.

-Mimic/voice throw:
By speaking into her idle Tome it is able to change Kasie's voice towhatever or whoever she wishes then project the sound in a chosen direction.

-Kasi is proficient in both magic and weapons this includes firearms as well.

-Kasi can come across as over protective of the areas she is in charge of but she is actually a very laid back girl. She dosn't take many things to heart as she likes to joke around as well yet will be serious if there is an absolute need for it.

other/history_
-Protects both a lake ruins and the forest surrounding it.
-always seen with some a certain type of black fruit that only grows in her area of the forest, this is one of the reasons she fights, to protect her home.
-In her battle mode she carries around multiple swords in her tails that are actually from the lake she protects, they produce fresh water, heal injuries, create winds of fresh air, Detoxify, or injure her enemies without leaving cuts.
