I am, at my core, a personification and manifestation of those things whose blood and hearts run red with the ferocity of the animal world. It is this which convicts and controls my works, my writing, my being; the force and guidance in which I gain wisdom from. It is what inspires me as a creator and weaver of words, the very thing I admire as an author.
My leanings, savage as they are, are of the feline sort as there exists no greater lineage of beasts whom can be drawn from. No others captivate and motivate my talent and skill as the greatest of cats do.

Admirably simple resolution mechanics. The only suggestions I could call to mind would be to provide renamed abilities in some cases;
In addition, some possible other (rare and powerful) conditions to consider.
Short of that, very simple and effective in the hands of fair and well mannered users.
- DeProtect --> Sunder (removes Protect defenses, increases physical damage taken).
- DeShell --> Shatter (removes Shell defenses, increases magical damage taken).
- Imperil --> Vulnerability (Specified Element) (specifies which increased elemental type of damage taken).
- Zombie --> Inversion (swaps all vulnerabilities and resistances, which could work for better or worse).
In addition, some possible other (rare and powerful) conditions to consider.
- Dazed (cannot take magical offensive or defensive actions).
- Stunned (cannot take physical offensive or defensive actions).
Short of that, very simple and effective in the hands of fair and well mannered users.

Having just returned from such a short notice departure, hopefully I can maintain the one I had to leave suddenly. Short of that single one? I have nothing upon my plate; few places I and my cadre of characters tend to fit in being one notable issue.

I've never been fond of humidity and heat; they tend to breed discomfort from my experience. Hopefully your weather will make a turn for the clearer, as will your mental sufferings.

I'm irked at how you can spend a month crafting this beautiful, original world, with varied people's and cultures, complete with a solid concept for the game, and a fresh and fascinating mechanic which would make your game unique and fresh...
And for it to be ignored by the game who's entire interest check can be summed up as: 'LOL CYBERPNUK' or 'LOL ZMOBIES'
Are people uninterested in unique ideas? Do people like cyberpunk and zombies so much that they'll ignore everything else?
I've seen this happen to so many times, and I've been here for such a short amount of time.
I believe you've encountered one of the classic pitfalls of the forum roleplaying genre. Cyberpunk I've not seen overused; zombies, slice-of-life and school (anything, be it Asian, magic, supernatural, hero, etc) are all staples of this sort of situation. No offense intended toward those who enjoy them, but they are a bit over represented.
