The highest, most decisive experience is to be alone with one's own self. You must be alone to find out what supports you, when you find that you can not support yourself.

The core of an individual is the mystery of life, which dies when it is 'grasped'. That is also why symbols want to keep their secrets.

Bio

The Harbinger of Ferocity

Agent of the Wild, Aspect of the Ferine
Nature, red in tooth and claw.

"There is, indeed, no single quality of the cat that man could not emulate to his advantage."
- Carl Van Vechten

I am, at my core, a personification and manifestation of those things whose blood and hearts run red with the ferocity of the animal world. It is this which convicts and controls my works, my writing, my being; the force and guidance in which I gain wisdom from. It is what inspires me as a creator and weaver of words, the very thing I admire as an author.

My leanings, savage as they are, are of the feline sort as there exists no greater lineage of beasts whom can be drawn from. No others captivate and motivate my talent and skill as the greatest of cats do.

Yes, I too am quite eager for the next Dungeon Master post. I would like to see just where we are headed next with the Barnaby Brother bandits and what they know, if anything of use at all. Thus far we have one of the "Lost Children", but how many remain or what more that means we know not yet.
Speaking of movies and film, unsurprisingly The Lion King was perhaps the first one I have recall of, though I have been told I watched others in youth. With age, I have seen increasingly fewer movies, to the point I begin to forget they exist.
This can only end well, so consider me interested.
I take part in little caffeine, have no taste or love for coffee, and do not tolerate alcohol well. For the past some seven years I have been resigned to water, green, as well as white tea, and while certainly better for myself, it does make times of celebration a bit odd. As for black tea, I admit I have yet to quite find one I am partial to in the slightest and drink them very sparingly as a result. As for carbonated drinks, I cannot recall the last one I had; it has been years to say the least.
Welcome to the Roleplayer Guild, @Cute daughter. If you have any questions, please do ask away, be it members or staff alike. That said, why not share with the community a bit about yourself if you are willing? What sort of roleplays are you looking for or interested in? What topics matter to you?
Despite common misconception, I do not in fact hate dogs. I just have met very few dogs worth their weight or deserving of the title of "Good Boy". Not every dog is a good dog and most are untrained, undisciplined, and unsocialized mutts who their owners allow to run roughshod over the household, especially small dogs. What I do dislike is owners not controlling their animals, which has led to my opinion that out of the some one hundred or more canines I have been about, maybe five percent were good dogs.
Douglas Song
Centerville Community College

Getting into and about the dorms was no real issue, in fact it was no trouble at all. Students of the campus and otherwise went about their lives, yet all the talk of any importance was about how someone must be hiding something here. It was almost a celebration to them, not that they needed an excuse to party anymore. Having some sort of conspiracy about the college related to all this was just feeding their attention and drive for excitement. The usual drinking had only escalated in response to this, as had activity. What it created for the outsider in Song was an easy route in.

Having made it a point to focus in upon just which part of the building it was, the man continued wandering and inspecting the dorms. Fortunately he wasn't aging to the point he could no longer blend in; his discipline and lifestyle, internalizing his lessons and his qi, they gave him the liveliness and vibrancy he needed. So between sidestepping the few people hanging about in doorways and conversing, others playing about with any amount of booze one could imagine, he continued to the more quiet side of things and found what he was looking for. A set of rooms, but just which had any evidence to further explain the road Song needed to follow was lacking. Perhaps again inspecting the outside to then work in would point him to the way? Each shot was centered with purpose and the messengers delivering their message were decidedly clear in their precision.

Or, more likely unknown to him, the scarf-wearing man might well just encounter their former owner.

I am still very much here, though there seems to be largely four of us, not including yourself, @Metronome.
I have miraculously broke nothing, but have more than my fair share of scars.
There are few things musically I can tolerate without them affecting my mindset or demeanor, examples being that certain genres will urge me to fall asleep while others incite unprovoked anger or frustration.
