Current Hi all, it's been a while. I fell into a pretty heavy slum after losing my dog and stepped away from the online world to try and pick myself up again. Deepest apologies to my few partners.

Pardon the wait everyone. Had a little slip-up with my health and ended up being coddled to death by a very concerned mum. Replies will all be finished by the morning!

My service dog of 12 years passed away in his sleep two weeks ago now. I'm really sorry for disappearing without warning; I've not really known what to do with myself. Slowly getting back into things.

@ArenaSnow I've always wanted one of those. What's the upkeep like?
@POOHEAD189 Beautiful, beautiful little animals. Look at the little sausages! Thank you so much for sharing.

@GodOfWar She sounds wonderful; English Bulldogs are charming little porkers. It's lovely to hear that she loves your children; that's such a great quality to have in a dog.

My mum struggled looking after me and my needs at the same time as keeping an eye on my other siblings, so she applied for a service dog when I was very young. Harvey was given to me when on my eight birthday, and looked after me and my narcolepsy for the next twelve years. He was my whole world, and it's especially hard now since I live on my own (not to mention my mum panicking now that I don't have anyone watching me!)

But I suppose I was lucky in that Harvey didn't need to be put to sleep, and instead walked the rainbow bridge in his own time. He was very old, but lived an almost pain-free life with the exception of his stiff hips, which are typical among shepherd breeds.

Things are getting better with time.

My service dog of 12 years crossed the rainbow bridge very recently, and I can't even describe how lonesome I'm feeling at the moment.

I'd love to see or hear about your companions; whether they're still here or not.
Colour me interested! I'm feeling like putting a pure mage together; a bitter necromancer, perhaps. Is the age range flexible at all? I'd probably like to make them a little older.
To all current partners: My service dog of 12 years passed away in his sleep two weeks ago now. I'm really sorry for disappearing without warning; I've not really known what to do with myself.

I'm slowly getting back into things and replying to all loose ends via PM, but it's a bit of a mess in my inbox. If you haven't heard back from me and would like to continue where we left off, please send me a message.
Bump. Added pairings and fandoms which may tickle my fancy.
Thank you kindly!

No minds paid. Not suspicious at all ;)
Ahah thank you! I'll hit you up if I get stuck. :))

Greetings! I am The Heretic by username; a full-time student who'd like to start up a few 1x1 plots to help keep time flowing in the evenings. To begin with, here are a few fairly important points about myself:

I am an English student who generally replies once a day in the evenings (GMT) with an average post length of 4-5 paragraphs. That being said, my post length varies greatly on factors such as plot-line, IC interaction, and the post length of my partner.
I am female, but have no preference when it comes to the gender of my character(s).
I am almost 20 years old myself and would prefer my partners to be at least 18 years of age. This is mainly for my own comfort, as I prefer not to censor my writing when it comes to violence and gore and the like.
Any suggested pairings will be hetero, as I've never been very good with writing MxM or FxF pairings!
I am OOC-friendly. I love to talk! OOC chat is very important for plot development, in my opinion.

I have various ideas for each of the genres below. If you'd like to hear them, or would like to propose some of your own, hit me up with a PM!

Sci-Fi (Space, aliens, time travel, rampant AIs)
Dark Fantasy (Demons, world-building, Dark Souls)
Eldritch/Cthulhu Mythos (Horror, xenophobia, Old Gods, occult)
Dystopian (Corruption, rebellion, survival)
Post-Apocalyptic (Nuclear, wasteland, post-war, zombies)

ғ ᴀ ɴ ᴅ ᴏ ᴍ s

With the possible exception of NPCs, I'd prefer fandom-based plots to be OCs only. I'm terribly rubbish at playing canon characters, and only really borrow fandoms for their setting/lore.

Dark Souls
Alien
Mad Max: Fury Road
Lord of The Rings
Bleach
Attack On Titan
Seven Deadly Sins
Harry Potter
Doctor Who

ᴘ ᴀ ɪ ʀ ɪ ɴ ɢ s

Typical pairings for all you dear romantics. Plots open for discussion. 18+ only, as always.

Knight/Princess
Master/Slave
Demon/Human
Demon/Slayer
Werewolf/Human
Werewolf/Werewolf
Witch/Vampire
Prince(ss)/Pauper
Princess/Bandit

For old eternity, the balance of the world had once been maintained by the strange magic of the thirteen Palm Stones, gifted by the Goddess' and strewn across the vast region of Old Kaarthe. With the gift of the stones came life, death, and disparity; the winds of the North were cold and the snows were vast with ripe game, and the South was green and weathered and the lands flowed with milk and honey. The once grey world bloomed with life and colour, but when the Dwellers of The Deep rose from their slumber, and the air grew thick with dread, civilisations shook as the Palm Stones were swallowed by the ancients. The Dwellers of The Deep are grotesque abominations; foul Gods thought to have long been dead beneath the soil. With the swallowing of the Water Stone, the drought came, and the mainlands thawed and cracked and the waters of the deep rivers became poisoned with rot and acid. When the Arcane Stone was lifted from its pedestal, the magic of the world became dry, denying most of it even to the archmages of old. One by one, the stones disappeared, leaving nought but a land of waste and decay. Men have long since retreated to the remaining sustainable patches of Old Kaarthe, becoming ignorant and even fearful of one another. The earth between settlements has become No-Man's Land, and most would not dare to dream of wandering its reaches.

The above is a slightly rushed summary of a very old concept of mine. The primary idea for it is that two characters, each with very different origins and ideals, form an uneasy alliance to slay the Old Gods before the world threatens to take its final breath. I am looking for a long term partner who is confident with and willing to build up a world and flesh out its properties and inhabitants, as well as partake in a story of travelling, friendship, and combat.
