Hello, all. I'm the Nightcomer and this is my interest check.
ABOUT ME
My name is Alex, and I'm currently in college and earning my degree in classical studies (study of ancient Mediterranean, more specifically ancient Greece and Rome). I'm in my twenties and I feel like I'm in my 80s. I have two chronic pain conditions (fibromyalgia and interstitial cystitis), and I take pride in being part of the disability community. I've been role-playing for about ten years now, give or take, I've been on the Guild since 2011. I'm a huge reader and have recently been on the biggest reading kick I've had since around 2017. I currently only have one long-standing RP going on, but I've remained friends with a good amount of my former partners.
RULES, EXPECTATIONS, REQUIREMENTS

must be above 18
main characters must be above 18 if involved in any kind of romance
I do not do smut-driven plots
will do smut or fade-to-black, it's up to my partner
I can type anywhere from a paragraph to a few pages, though I average at around 3-5 paragraphs
I prefer quality over quantity in posts
I like posts with good detail, action, and dialogue
there will be certain instances where myself or my partner can only get out a few sentences, which is completely understandable
I'm busy, so I can't respond every single day. To quote my long-standing partner, I get posts up "Usually a couple times a week. Sometimes you post daily but I feel like a couple/three times a week is the most accurate." - @Nightsage

Reverse Harem
I've just started to really get into reverse harem books and I'm craving an RH role-play. I'm unsure of how to do it fairly, though, because I tend to like to play the same amount of characters as my partner. If you have any ideas or are interested at all, shoot me a message - I'd love to work out the details.

Reincarnated Love
I have also found this plotline through reading reverse harem novels (specifically the Valkyrie series by Allyson Lindt). Essentially, two (or more) lovers meet in their first lives. For some reason, they both become immortal/are constantly reincarnated and seek to find each other out in every one of their lives. There's also another possibility that only one of them remembers being reincarnated in the beginning, and so that specific partner is on the hunt for the other.

Black Dagger Brotherhood
I've recently started reading The Black Dagger Brotherhood series by J. R. Ward. For those of you who haven't read the series, it's about a group of elite warrior vampires - The Black Dagger Brotherhood - who protect the entirety of the vampire race. They fight against the lessers, a race created by the enemy deity of the vampire's goddess. The lessers are committed to wiping out the entirety of the vampire race. I'm super interested in doing a plot with The Black Dagger Brotherhood in mind. This plot could also contain the two plots mentioned above; it'd be really easy to work them in. Even if you haven't read the series and are just interested in RPing vampires, give me a shout! I can sum up the books I've read so far and the major devices used in the world.

	I'm going to make this short and sweet so we don't get too caught up in the details here - we can worry about those later.
	For those of you who don't know me - I'm assuming most of you don't - my name is the Nightcomer and I've been with the Guild since the old website(R.I.P). I don't post on here very often but I have been role-playing for about ten years, so I guess you could say I'm pretty experienced; don't let my post count fool you. I'm attending just two classes this semester(8-9 AM Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:30 AM to 12:15 PM on Tuesdays) and I also work upwards of 15 hours a week. Along with those very tedious things, I'm an athlete and I tend to go to social events somewhat often. This is all to say I'm not able to reply twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. I do reply pretty promptly and if I ever have an issue where I don't think I'll be able to respond for a few days, I'll be sure to let you know. I expect the same from my partner. So now, let me cut to the chase.
requirements

	I'm a semi-advanced to advanced writer and I would prefer if my partner matched my writing style. I'd also like a partner who talks things out with me, and that's not just limited to plots! Forming a friendship is a really fun aspect of a partnership and since we'd be talking a lot, it would only make sense. That being said, if that's not something you're comfortable with, I completely respect your boundaries. I usually only ever RP over Discord anymore but I might RP on the forums for the right person. what I'm looking for

	I'm looking for a partner or a few to do a Warrior Cats 1x1 role-play with. The Warrior Cats role-play forum is where I got my start all those years ago and I've always been in love with the series. Recently, my best friend and I have been remembering the books and our favorite characters so, of course, it's given me a desire to do a Warrior Cats role-play.
	I would rather not play canon characters but we can absolutely play in the canon world. If we do, I much prefer the forest territories to the lake territories.
plots

Two clans in the forest become allies and two cats, Cat A & Cat B, begin to meet each other. Upon meeting each other, they've realized they can take full advantage of the peace between their clans; by doing so, they offer to go on patrols that leads to secret meetings between the two and from there, a relationship sprouts. However, an apprentice/warrior grows suspicious of one of the cats , and decides to do some digging. When the apprentice/warrior discovers the forbidden relationship, they report it to both leaders of the clans. Now, it is up to the leaders to decide what becomes of the lovers.
Cat A is the medicine cat and being around kits and expecting mothers all the time has taken its toll. As a medicine cat, she cannot have kits - it is forbidden. That doesn't mean that she doesn't want to have kits, though. She wants to have a mate and kits. She and Cat B, a tom from outside of the clan, will fall in love and she will have a litter of kits. Cat A tells her best friend, Cat C, about her pregnancy and her best friend takes her outside of camp to help deliver the kits. The repercussions of this action are yet to be known, but the leader and the rest of the clan will surely have something to say as Cat A and Cat C brings the kits back to camp. Will she be punished for her pregnancy? Will the kits be punished? Will the loner tom be brought into the clan? Only time can tell.
Cat A is in an unhappy relationship with Cat B. Cat B is manipulative and controlling, and Cat A building the courage to end the relationship. So during a moonhigh solo patrol when Cat A finds a mysterious rogue, Cat C, on the territory, Cat A falls head over heels for Cat C and promises to see Cat C the next night - which then turn into a series of nights. Well, Cat B catches on to Cat A constantly leaving camp every moonhigh, so Cat B stalks Cat A to their gathering place and confronts the two secret lovers...and Cat B is definitely not going to throw just words.
Evil medicine cat AU where the medicine cat kills off anyone they consider a burden. They're smart enough to space out the deaths and only act when the time is convenient. Elders die of illness all the time and kits born in leaf-bare are always vulnerable from the cold and lack of food. The medicine den always has a good supply of lavender for dead bodies, so much that the medicine cat always has the soothing scent on their pelt. Of course, it's good for covering the scent of deathberries too. Open-ended, details are up to us. (taken from prettytoms on tumblr)
